Maybe I was just unlucky 🫠. I had a terrible headache, stomach pain, and felt really uncomfortable. The doctor checked my stomach and said everything was fine — nothing was wrong.
But if everything is okay, why am I having such strong symptoms? I waited for 3 hours and paid for emergency care. I was the first person waiting, yet four other patients were seen before me, and I ended up being the last one.
OMG. It was such a waste of time and money. If nothing was wrong, why did I struggle all the way to the hospital, barely able to walk? I’m really upset.
Visited A&E due to severe flu symptoms... In and out in two hours. Staff was professional, pleasant and very supportive. Hospital looks well managed and clean.
Visiting A&E is rarely a good thing, but this was as smooth as it could get.
Had surgery today under GA, minor - nothing serious , but being my first time unconscious apart from sleeping - everyone was absolutely amazing .. nurses, doctors, anaesthetists, porters the lot … thank you.
Genuinely felt taken care of every single step of the way…. Really appreciate it.. thanks a million

I cannot recommend this ED enough. St. Michael’s is my local hospital and one of the best in Dublin. The staff have always been extremely friendly and professional. They are very efficient and you don’t wait as long as you would in other hospitals. Thank you
I was in St.Michael's today for a small procedure. Have to say, the whole experience was great. Staff very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly, and everything went like clock work.

I had a great first experience at St Michael’s in the Endoscopy Unit. I was incredibly nervous for my procedure which the nurses picked up on straight away and they were all so kind and understanding and did everything they possibly could to put me at ease. The consultant who led my procedure was also brilliant and just overall a really nice atmosphere in the day ward afterwards. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks so much to all the staff for looking after me so well
This was the first time that I visited Michael's - it was for an urgent but relatively minor finger injury. On a busy Sunday, in and out in three hours at the emergency department. Despite staff being so busy, everyone was incredibly courteous and patient throughout the entire visit. Hopefully I won't need to return, but it will be there if I have to!
Yesterday I attended the emergency département ,
From the receptionist to the Nurses team , i experienced kindness and care that is superb, things you need to when you suffer, i have to commend you all for your kindness to as all,it must not be easy dealing with the number of patients everyday .
At no time i felt the pressure you all must be under.
Congratulations.
