Recently called SPARC hoping to get a mast minute appointment after a badback muscle injury. I got an appointment with Sam who was a life saver. He done some massage on the area, tested flexibility, and gave me some stretches and exercises to help me. He was an incredible help and if I ever have any issues again I will not hesitate to call and book again.

I recently needed a physio for my son, I attended Sparc in Greystones. Sam was super with Killian, explained what was going on with his ankle, and went through the exercises that he needed to do in a detailed and patient manner. I would highly recommend Sam.

I booked my nine year old in with Sam. We found him to be very knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant to deal with. Sam spoke to my son directly and made sure he understood everything, as well as us.

Having taken part in the Muscle Matters programme , I can highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to improve their strength, flexibility and balance in later years. From Week 1, there was a gradual but very noticeable improvement in all these areas. The programme was very professionally run by Alex and Eamon and each participant could progress at their own pace. It was also very enjoyable as everyone felt we were genuinely benefitting from taking part. Would definitely recommend. 5 Stars.

Hi - I recently attended SPARC with a hamstring strain, I was looked after by Sam, who listened to my issues and put together a rehab plan which put me back on track. I've no hesitation in recommending Sam to anyone in the local area needing physio treatment.

Attended my first session with Alex yesterday and was very impressed with detail extracted from me about my injury! Ongoing exercises were clearly demonstrated during the session. I really like that the ongoing exercises were emailed to me immediately and they have video demonstrations to go with each exercise.

I recently had some sessions with Alex at Sparc Greystones and was very impressed. As a fellow physio, I appreciated Alex's expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend him. Great facilities too at the clinic

Eamon is very attentive, listens carefully before carrying out a physical assessment. After some pain-relieving treatment, he demonstrated a range of exercises and followed up with a motivational tracking app. All very professional and highly recommended.
