I collected my glasses earlier today and, although it was very busy, all of the staff at Specsavers Nutgrove provided excellent customer service throughout my visit.
Jess, in particular, was outstanding. She was efficient, friendly, and provided excellent advice. She answered all of my questions in a professional, knowledgeable, and confident manner, making the whole experience very positive.
Well done to the team at Specsavers Nutgrove for maintaining such a high standard of service during a busy period. It is greatly appreciated.
Carmel was extremely patient, professional, and friendly throughout the eye tests for my two daughters. She made the experience enjoyable and comfortable for both girls, which really helped them feel at ease.
My daughters and I have regular eye tests, and we were all very pleased with the excellent care and service we received. Carmel took the time to explain everything clearly and treated the girls with kindness and respect.

Service was excellent. The optometrist is very friendly and professional. The girl helping me to choose the glasses new her range and directed me to the right glasses straight away. Shortest time I spent to pick a pair. Spot on. Only caveat: A quick text or email to let me know my glasses were ready would have been nice.
If I could give a higher mark I would! The whole experience was excellent. The staff (especially Orla Walsh) were so friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The best part is I CAN HEAR SO CLEARLY AGAIN!! I had hearing aids before but they were nothing like this! I didn’t think I would ever hear this clearly again, Conversations aren’t muffled, no one is mumbling anymore! I am over the moon with my new hearing aids. It reminds me of when I got my glasses for the first time and marvelled at being able to see the leaves on trees, I hadn’t realised I wasn’t seeing them clearly before… now when people speak to me, I realise that they weren’t mumbling before either! It has made such a huge difference for me to hear clearly, I cannot thank you and Orla enough!
I brought two ladies, one 92 the other 97 to specsavers Nutgrove today. We were ten minutes late (due to driving around trying to find wheelchair parking) and at least 3 of the staff stood discussing this and then said there was a 10 minute grace period and so they would only see one of the two ladies.
The eye drops recommended were not in stock so I was shown the red hyla and told I could buy them in the chemist. In the chemist I checked the note written by the optician and this was for hyla dual. I went back to specsavers to check and was told most people use the red, thats why we showed you them. Then I was told we have them in stock and I asked again why they told me to get the red ones and I was told "busy day" and then asked if I wanted to buy them.
I had a very positive experience at Specsavers Nutgrove. The whole team was kind, patient, and very professional.

The staff were very attentive from reception, to examination, to guiding me through options for my new glasses. This was extended to ensuring my glasses were the right fit when I collected them. Overall, I felt valued as a customer and that the staff were attentive to my needs. They were also just very pleasant to talk to and giving of their time. Much appreciated.
