Great experience overall. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. There was a small issue with the charge at first, but after I raised it, they checked it quickly and arranged the refund very proactively. Really good customer service and I would definitely recommend this store.

I had a great experience picking out frames with Stewart this Thursday. He was really patient, calm and informative. The optometrist was wonderful too (red hair) but I didn't catch her name. I had a much better experience here than at other optitions I've been to. I will definitely return.

I had such a lovely experience this morning getting my eyes tested. All staff members I came in contact with were so lovely. From entering the shop to the end was amazing. The blond woman who checked me in was so bubbly and kind. The optometrist was thorough and explained everything so clearly. There was no judgement when I mentioned I hadn’t had an eye test since 2020, which I really appreciated. She was lovely. The lovely lady who helped me pick out my glasses was so kind and patient. I never felt pressured by being upsold, which was lovely. The lovely gentleman at the end who explained everything so clearly about the next steps of getting my glasses was so helpful. 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend people getting their eye exams done here. Thank you so much to all 😃

My husband's and my experience were amazing. Everything was super fast and the staff was super friendly. We specially thank Cassandra for her patience and care, and Ger for her top assistance. Ger was super friendly. We definitely loved her :). We do recommend the shop.

Easy to book online and had a follow-up call to confirm. Minimal wait on the day for the test, which was thorough and professional. The fitting and explanations on the second visit were excellent. Overall a very positive experience and I got a call one week later to see how everything was going, as promised

I'm very happy with the service provided. I would highly recommend the hearing centre. Ms Kelly Jones was gentle and explained all the steps of the wax removal very clearly. Thanks a mill for the great service.

I honestly can’t recommend Specsavers Henry Street enough, especially Rita, who is an absolute star. I’ve been wearing contact lenses for a long time, but recently I developed a serious eye infection and urgently needed glasses. With my prescription (-3.25, -4.25), most opticians told me it would take 10–20 days to get a pair ready. I was really stressed because I could barely see without lenses. Then I went to Specsavers Henry Street and met Rita, and she completely turned the situation around. She went above and beyond to help me get glasses as quickly as possible. The level of care and effort she put in was honestly the best service I’ve ever received. Now I finally have my glasses and I’m so happy with them (and currently waiting for my second pair!). Rita was incredibly kind, professional, empathetic, and genuinely caring, she treated me with so much warmth, like I was family. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Rita. You truly saved me during a very stressful time. Huge thanks to the whole team as well, such a lovely experience. I will definitely always choose Specsavers from now on!

Went for appointment with my son for contact lenses. We were lucky to get Vyse. He was able to put them on after few try. Such a nice and professional optician. Would highly recommend. Keep up the good job! 🙌
