Customer service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and gave me great advice on which glasses suited me best. I was also kept updated throughout the process with regular communication on the status of my glasses, which arrived quicker than expected. Overall, it was a very smooth and positive experience.

We had a great experience at Specsavers. The staff member who helped my son pick his glasses was incredibly patient and helpful, taking the time to make sure he was happy with his choice. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and a real credit to the company. Thank you for making the whole process so easy and pleasant!

From the moment I walked through the door I felt looked after and a priority. I was dealt with professionally and efficiently during my entire visit. And the friendliness was off the chart. New premises too. And I walked away with two pairs of new glasses under €400. Well done Specsavers Drogheda.

On my recent visit to the Drogheda store I was met with multiple members of staff who were extremely friendly and more than willing to help me on my visit. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed and at ease. My optician was extremely thorough and explained everything perfectly. I did not feel rushed at any point and will definitely be back in the future. Brilliant experience!

I went in recently to get my eyes tested which grand lovely lady helped me there and then went back downstairs to sort out the glasses and I had decided to use my own frames and the lady that I was dealing with proceeded to tell me that to get them would be nearly 600e which for me is a lot of money n I didn't pay that the last time I was there. I feel now I wont be going back as I felt penalized for wanting to use my own frames instead of their frames which is wrong n the price was outrageous. I have been going to specsavers for years and always found them good till the recent visit with the price Pm sent on Instagram

Specsavers in drogheda had unbelievable service. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by the store the manager who was very polite and welcoming. I did not have to wait long to be seen and the process was really quick. When I had to pick my glasses a man helped me who was so lovely and patient (can’t remember his name). Overall great experience and would highly recommend anyone to attend

I had the most lovely experience in your Drogheda branch last Saturday. From the person doing my eye test to the young girl who taught me how to use contact lenses. The young girl went above and beyond to help me get the hang of the contacts. It was a pleasure to be there.

From the time that I stepped in the store I was immediately looked after. The wait was not long at all for my appointment and the test was also super fast and did not feel rushed. The employers were extremely friendly too! Very happy with the service provided!
