I had a wonderful experience at Specsavers in the Crescent. The staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout my visit. I had some concerns about my eyes, and they carried out a very thorough inspection during my eye exam which really reassured me and made me feel at ease.
They were efficient and professional while still taking the time to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for. They also helped me pick out my glasses and explained the full cost breakdown in detail, which I really appreciated. I never felt rushed at any point during the appointment.
I left feeling happy, reassured, and much calmer after my visit, and I look forward to returning the next time I need to go back. Highly recommend!
From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed and very well looked after. Holly did my eye test and was such a lady. She explained everything in detail and kept me reassured throughout. Brigid looked after my payment and was so professional. I had to rush to another appointment but have arranged to go back on Monday to pick out my new frames and have arranged to meet Brigid for same as she was so nice
My experience at Specsavers was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, patient, and really took the time to explain each part of the eye test. I felt well looked after, everything was clearly communicated, and the whole process was efficient and professional. I left feeling confident in my results and very happy with the service.
I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the eye exam was thorough. I felt the optometrist really took the time to explain my results, and the team helped me find a pair of frames that actually suit my face shape without feeling rushed. Highly efficient service!
I had an okay experience. The staff were nice and helpful but my appointment was for 5 and I did not get an until 5:50. Which left me no time to pick lenses. I had to go away and come back the next day.
I’ve just come off the phone with Leanne, who was helping me locate my prescription online. To say she was patient and helpful would be an understatement , she was exceptionally supportive throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service, well done to this young lady ,
Gwen was very helpful from the off. I didn't have an appointment for an eye test, but she moved things about to accommodate. John was the Optician and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. A great customer experience.
I ordered glasses on Saturday as I got to the door I changed my mind and wanted 1 pair in reaction lenses, I was told they couldn't change the order or cancel and that they would ring me on Monday to do it, as it was in process. Monday came no one rang so I rang Monday before they closed and got through to call centre and a member of staff would ring me before 6 I was told , they didn't ring me back so I rang Tuesday same spiel someone will ring you before 6, once again no one rang me back. Rang Wed explaining no one had me rang me the last 2 days and they put me through to the store and I was basically told I couldn't change my order as it was in process. Basically wasted my time and lied instead of just being upfront.
