It was my first visit to South William Clinic and I was looked after by Megan. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience, as Megan talked me through each step of the treatment as she was doing it. So I felt very comfortable. After treatment, she discussed in detail the aftercare for best results. Very positive experience. Would recommend this Clinic to friends. Very calming and pleasant atmosphere.

I had a facial treatment here and it was honestly the best facial I’ve had in Dublin. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. The spa itself is beautiful, relaxing, and definitely worth a visit. A special thank you to Megan, who was absolutely wonderful. Her expertise, care, and attention to detail made the whole experience exceptional. Highly recommended!

Quite simply one of the finest experiences I’ve had. From the second you walk in South William clinic, there’s an undeniable sense of calm and understated luxury—no gimmicks, no fuss, just quiet confidence in what they do. The real standout is the people. Warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional, but what impressed me most was the depth of knowledge. A special shout out to Ola, who was simply exceptional. The level of care, skill, and attention she brings is on another level. If there’s anyone setting the standard here, it’s her and she deserves every level of recognition that comes her way. Management take note. Had a micro needling consultation and she dint just go through the motions—she understood exactly what I needed, adapted on the spot, and delivered what felt completely bespoke. Her class analogies during the chat makes you feel relaxed and in good hands and I look forward to my treatment. If you’re looking for top-tier quality with genuine personality to match, this is it. My experience in south William clinic was fabulous start to finish. I am currently on day two of using the products doctor Alexandra recommended me and my skin has never looked and felt so good a day in my life. I couldn’t recommend this staff or clinic enough. See you all soon x

One word - Amazing - honestly, I never had an experience like this in all my spa day & facials 🌻🌻 I have to say it goes back to meeting Jess who happened to be at reception in Terenure on the Saturday I went in to check out their credentials & ask about micro needling - undivided attention, detailed info, no sales pitch, plain & simple I was a bit apprehensive today but it was unbelievable from the time I walked in, Sophie’s welcome, a calm relaxed space in the beautiful waiting room Solveiga was so professional & attentive; she put me at ease, explained everything at the start & at again at each step, the light therapy was like a full meditation in itself. Can’t speak highly enough about them. A great find, i guess the fact that it’s owned by medical professionals who are involved provides the basis for the culture & values I experienced today; If I could give a higher score I would - trust through professional & personal excellence. I’ve been doing my Botox and Morpheus 8 treatments at this clinic, and from my very first visit I knew this was the place where I wanted to continue all my future treatments. I was truly impressed by the high level of service they provide. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and professional, always making me feel comfortable and well cared for. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and ensure the best possible results. The clinic is welcoming, clean, and professional, which makes every visit a great experience. I’m always very happy with my treatments and the care I receive. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality aesthetic treatments and excellent customer care.

Had my first ever micro needling treatment, with Megan, she answered all my questions about the concerns I had and was really helpful and thoughtful during the procedure. She is so friendly and has a lot of knowledge about her field of work. I booked another appointment with her already and will continue to work with her for sure.

I had my lips done by Dr. Emelie today and it was my first time getting any lip treatment, so I was quite nervous going in. I mainly wanted to correct a bit of asymmetry and was worried about how it might turn out, but Dr. Emelie was amazing. She took the time to explain everything, made me feel completely at ease, and was very attentive throughout the whole process. She did such a great job and I’m already so happy with the results. The correction looks really natural and balanced. I’m so glad I trusted her and would highly recommend her to anyone!
