I paid €85 after being told over the phone that my ingrown nail removal would be done using numbing. I travelled two hours to get to this clinic, but when I arrived for my appointment on 03 December at 11:30, the podiatrist changed the story completely. She told me they only “cut it without numbing” unless I paid around €600 for a surgical procedure.
The entire conversation lasted maybe two minutes, with no apology for the misinformation I received over the phone, no responsibility taken, and no offer to refund my €85—even though the service I came for was not provided. This is not fair or professional.
I left feeling disappointed and frustrated after wasting time and money. A clinic should apologise, refund the fee, and provide clear, honest information before a patient travels such a long distance.
I was very happy with the excellent service today at South Dublin Podiatry. Michael, the Podiatrist looked after my toenails and feet. He explained what he was doing and gave me great advice. Could feel the difference heading away.
I recently had nail surgery done with Lucia and it was the easiest most painless experience. The only thing I regret is not doing it sooner! From my first appointment to my very last, Lucia was very kind and walked me through everything so I always felt comfortable and heard. After the surgery, I had two checkup appointments to be sure everything was healing properly and I wasn’t in any pain. I cannot recommend this location and Lucia enough. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a podiatry office!
Excellent podiatry clinic. I was so nervous about going to get an ingrown toenail taken care of as it was very painful and tender. Michael took great care of me, he was very reassuring and managed to cut out my ingrown nail without causing me any pain or discomfort. I am so glad I went to this clinic and got it sorted. I will be going back there and would have no problem recommending Michael or this clinic.
Everything from the moment I called was easy. Appointment quickly. Arrived, and was greeted very pleasantly at reception. Was seen exactly on time. Had my assessment for one hour and it was very detailed and professional. Would highly recommend.
Attended South Dublin Podiatry for a vurruca. Found the needling amazing. Was afraid to get it done initially and tried the acid for months which was a waste of time. One sessions with Lucia and I was sorted. I couldn't believe it. I would highly recommend the needling treatment for a verruca.
Very professional clinic . After many calls to different clinics, it was the only one to offer SWIFT treatment to treat my son's verrucas that were causing him alot of pain. It was very successful. Great customer care and follow up.

Raquel was v thorough listened to my issues carefully and explained how best to manage my condition going forward .
