I was under Adam’s care for around four months due to a torn meniscus. At my first appointment, he diagnosed the issue immediately, which was later confirmed by an MRI. After my surgery, Adam provided a clear and structured 12-week recovery plan. I followed it closely, and I’m now back running completely pain-free. I highly recommend him!

Excellent Physio from James and Adam at Somerton. Cannot recommend the lads highly enough. They know their trade! James looked after myself this year and got me on the road to recovery and Adam diagnosed my 17 year old daughter with hypermobility. His treatment was an education, thanks so much guys. Will recommend and return.

Adam was great, he listened and investigated all issues really thoroughly. Set a strong program based on time, energy and equipment that I had available. I got my confidence back in pain free sports.

Did my first VO2 Max test in Somerton Physio. Ciaran was brilliant at explaining the whole process and the results in an understandable way. I was a bit nervous at the start but he made me feel at ease. I will definitely be back for further VO2 Max tests and highly recommend them to others.

Kevin was extremely helpful in my recovery from a bad calf tear recently. A full assessment and recovery plan was given as well as helpful massage therapy and exercise programme. Very convenient location also with loads of parking. Would highly recommend.
