I had the best experience at Sisu Sutton. I went there to get my first ever botox, they were absolutely lovely, patient, and caring. Here we are 6 months later, writing this review after my second experience, as satisfied as the first time. Warmly recommend.

I had such a positive experience at SISU Clinic in Sutton. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. Nessa on reception is always so friendly and welcoming — she always has a smile on her face and instantly puts you at ease. Dr. Oisín, who carried out my treatments, is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. I felt genuinely looked after from start to finish and I’m absolutely delighted with the service and results. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SISU Sutton — a fantastic clinic with a brilliant team.

Had a great experience at SISU Clinic today. Dr. Cole and Nessa were both so friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which really put me at ease. The appointment went smoothly and I will definitely book in again. Would highly recommend!

- [ ] I got Botox for the first time in two years, some on my forehead and some between my brows. I had gotten it twice before, in Sisu both times. This time I was left with clownish lines on my forehead and one nostril moves too far down my face when I talk or make expressions. It was noticeable to my friends and family. I went back for a review and explained my concerns. The woman (they actually aren’t all doctors) injected the forehead again but rudely told me my nose must always have been like that. It definitely hasn’t.The additional Botox helped a little but now one brow moves much higher than the other. I quickly sent a detailed email complaint which was initially ignored. I followed up with a phone call and got an abrupt email from Sutton refusing me a refund that I hadn’t asked for. I followed up again a week later and was informed that the phone number connects to whichever receptionist is free in any of their clinics, which explains the difficulty contacting Sutton. Later I got a voicemail from Sutton saying that the medical director wouldn’t administer more Botox seven weeks later (obviously, I wouldn’t expect them to) and that the asymmetry was unrelated to Botox! It was not a coincidence that it started 2-3 days after the injections, it’s crazy to suggest it unrelated. He’d never seen me or even a photo. All I wanted at this point was to have conversation and maybe an apology for the way I was spoken to. The receptionists are all as helpful as they can be but there really is no proper customer service system in place. I went a few years ago and was really impressed. I can see from other reviews that other people are too (although that amount of 5 star reviews is suspicious for any business). It seems that when someone is unhappy with results they have no idea how to deal with it. After weeks of follow up I never got to discuss it with anyone besides various receptionists. If you are considering a treatment here it will probably be fine, but if it’s not they absolutely won’t care. All I can do is leave my review and wait for the Botox to wear off.

Am currently getting Botox injections on the eye area from the Sisu clinic in Sutton, and am delighted with the effect. It’s very subtle, but I no longer dread looking in the mirror. Both Dr Sarah and Nessa could not be more pleasant or professional, I never have to wait, and the clinic is a pleasure to visit.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Nessa at front of house was so warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable the moment I arrived. Dr Sarah was incredibly friendly, professional, and reassuring, she explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel easy and relaxed. I felt completely at ease and so well looked after. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough! ✨

Dr Sarah and Nessa at the Sutton clinic are fantastic. It's always a pleasure to go there. Dr Sarah pays great attention to details and is so skilled even her injections are painless. Fully recommended this clinic.

I had such a good experience with Dr. Sahar for my under-eye and lip filler. She was really kind, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the start. She explained everything clearly and actually listened to what I wanted. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend her.
