Date of Visit: Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025 I recently visited Simply Beauty in Dublin for a manicure and pedicure, which were generally satisfactory. However, my experience took a significant turn for the worse when I requested a nose wax, which also resulted in an unintended partial mustache wax. I had specifically mentioned that I had an event on Friday and needed to look my best. When I asked the person performing my manicure if she could also wax my inner nose, she readily agreed. Unfortunately, the wax used was excessively hot and applied in a large quantity, causing irritation to my inner nose. Worse still, some of the hot wax dripped onto my upper lip, affecting my mustache. Upon seeing the result in the mirror, it was clear that more than just a "little" part of my mustache was compromised; both sides were significantly affected. This was particularly frustrating as I have had nose waxing done previously at the same spa by a different person without any issues. This incident raised concerns about the current technician's qualifications for waxing. When I expressed my dismay, her only response was, "It will grow." While true, this comment did not address the immediate problem. Due to her mistake, I was forced to shave my entire face to balance the uneven waxing, which was not how I intended to prepare for my event. Although she did not add the nose wax to my bill, the inconvenience and the need to alter my appearance due to her error were highly disappointing. Adding to the discomfort, I noticed another staff member looking in my direction and laughing. While I cannot be certain if they were laughing at me, it felt disrespectful and unprofessional given the situation. Overall, while the manicure and pedicure were fine, the negative experience with the waxing service and the unprofessional reaction from staff significantly detracted from my visit.

I’ve been twice for RF microneedling with Yolanda and she is amazing. She’s so kind and knows what she’s doing, I’m planning my third visit soon ! Although I live far and take an hour to commute but it’s the professionalism and vibes that have me coming back !

I had the most amazing pedicure experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was soothing and inviting, creating the perfect environment to relax. Yolanda is friendly and professional, taking her time to ensure every detail was just right. The pedicure itself was heavenly – a luxurious soak, precise nail care, and a rejuvenating massage that left my feet feeling soft and pampered. I also appreciated the care Yolanda took with cleanliness and hygiene, which made me feel completely at ease. I left with not only happy feet but a renewed sense of relaxation. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a top-notch pedicure experience

The atmosphere was calm, clean, and beautifully set up to make you feel pampered. My facialist Yolanda was incredibly knowledgeable and tailored the treatment perfectly to my skin type, explaining each step with such care. The products used smelled divine and felt so luxurious on my skin. The massage element was heavenly—I nearly fell asleep! By the end of the session, my skin was literally glowing—hydrated, smooth, and visibly more radiant. I couldn’t stop looking at myself in the mirror! This wasn’t just a facial, it was a full-on self-care experience. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and already looking forward to booking my next session. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking to treat their skin and soul!

I just had the most amazing Kobido massage with Liliana I honestly feel like a new person. It was incredibly relaxing from start to finish, and her technique is something else. You can really tell she’s passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. Highly recommend if you're looking for something deeply relaxing with real results.
