I cannot thank Shields Dental in Castletroy enough.
I found myself in a very stressful situation when my implant healing abutment came out unexpectedly. After being refused help elsewhere, I was worried about possible complications and didn’t know what to do.
From the moment I contacted Shields, everything changed. The team arranged an urgent same-day appointment and made me feel supported straight away. The entire team, including reception, were incredibly kind, professional and helpful – truly outstanding service from start to finish.
Dr Pierre was exceptional – calm, knowledgeable and very reassuring. He had the correct equipment, carefully cleaned and disinfected everything, reinserted the healing screw and even checked my second implant to make sure everything was perfectly fine.
What could have turned into a serious problem was handled quickly and seamlessly. I left the clinic feeling relieved, safe and genuinely grateful.
Huge credit to the whole team – you were amazing.

Wanting to straighten my teeth for years. Finally got it done with Dr Robert a Shield Dental Castletroy after research and recommendation from someone. Very pleased with my teeth now. Highly recommend Dr Robert who has been so patient and good listener and understanding your asks. All staff are very friendly. Great experience. Highly recommend.
Service at The Shields branch in the Castletroy shopping centre was easily accessed, waiting time in the practice was very short, maybe 5-10 minutes. The treatment with Beatrice was, as always, excellent. Beatrice takes time to explain what is happening and ensures your comfort throughout.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I am very satisfied with the service and overall experience. First of all, you can book an appointment even for the next day. Secondly, your appointment starts on time, and you don’t have to wait another half hour in the waiting room. And thirdly, and most importantly, here you receive professional medical care.
Personally, I chose the pediatric doctor, Dr Nathalio Salameh. He knows his job well and performs it professionally. I can say the same about the adult doctor, Dr Dmitry Saranskov. I received professional care and valuable advice from him. From now on, I will only go to Shields clinic.
