Best waxing experience ever. Tamara is the best I ever had in 15 years, I had no pain at all as I usually have. And she is lovely and easy to talk to. Thanks for creating this good and cosy atmosphere. Marion

I have been going to Shelley's, here in Galway, regularly for a few years now. The staff are always friendly, helpful and above all very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest trends and technology available. I have booked a variety of treatments and services over that time and have never been disappointed. This includes manicures, spa pedicures, reflexology and most recently a tan. The manicures and spa pedicures are always so relaxing. I get biab done on my hands which can last around 4wks. The shellac for my pedicure can last up to 5wks. Definitely well worth the value. I have had two reflexology sessions and when I say amazing, that's an understament. The first one actually released the pain I was having in my hip (we tend to hold emotional pain/trauma in our hips) and the opening of my heart chakra had me with tears running down my face. So powerful!! Recently I tried the spray tan. The process is very comfortable and extremely professional. I chose a medium tan and the result was better than I could have imagined. Beautiful glow and it gets better as time goes on. I also picked up a tanning gift set for myself to keep this tan going as long as possible. I will definitely go back for another. So if you live in Galway or are visiting and need that special beauty treatment, consider Shelley's on Upper Abbeygate Street. **Gift vouchers are available**

Had such a great experience here and wanted to put everything into one review. Shelley’s Health and Beauty is a lovely place, the staff are so welcoming, and the atmosphere is calm, friendly, and relaxing from the minute you walk in. I’ve had Pamela for a few treatments now and she’s been absolutely amazing every time. I had an upper leg and extended bikini wax and she was so professional, very gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout, with perfect results. More recently I had a brow tint and shape, and Pamela was unreal with advice. I’ve very unusual red hair with blonde and brown tones, and after dying my brows dark for years I wanted them back to a more natural colour. She even mixed half chestnut and half brown tint to get the colour spot on, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’ll definitely be going back again and would 100 percent recommend, especially booking with Pamela.

Laura did my makeup on the morning of my civil ceremony. Not only was the makeup absolutely beautiful, Laura and all of the staff made me feel really special and I left feeling very lucky after a wonderful experience! Thank you 🥰

What a gorgeous way to spend my morning and to open my eyes to a stunning yumi lash lift and brows . This was my first yumi lash experience and it was super . I’m Obsessed 🤩 Thank You Aoife, you are truly amazing. The salon is so so nice and all the team are always so friendly I would highly recommended

The staff were incredibly kind and reassuring. Shelley herself explained the treatment very thoroughly and it was done with the utmost care. So far, I am enjoying the results. Will be back very soon!
