From start to finish it was an absolutely amazing experience. The receptionist was so kind and welcoming and Aisling was amazing, both made us feel so warm and welcome. The appointment wasn't rushed at all, Aisling made sure to get plenty and I really mean plenty of photos and videos including baby's heart and brain so we could see everything was developing well. Aisling was really kind and chatty which made me feel really comfortable! Downloading the photos and videos on to my phone was really easy and straight forward. It is well worth the money which I think is really resonable. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much to you both, I'm positive we will be back again!

My scan at another clinic was cancelled just 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment. An ultrasound before IVF is a very important visit, and it was also a Friday. I called many clinics, and only the administrator Helena was able to arrange for the midwife Chloe to see me on the same day.
Words cannot express how grateful I am to them — they truly saved me.
Administrator Helena is simply wonderful. She performs her duties at 150%, explains everything clearly, and handles all the arrangements quickly and efficiently.
Midwife Chloe is a true professional, a very kind and gentle person, and she provided the report immediately.
I would recommend that other clinics try to be even a little bit like this clinic and its staff.

We had a scan in ReproScan Swords on Friday evening. We are 18 weeks pregnant and my anxiety was bad for 2 weeks before booking, convinced there was something wrong! We hadn't had a scan since our hospital one at 12 weeks.
We went in, checked in, took our seats and within 2 minutes, Mabel, our sonographer came out to us. She was so friendly and welcoming from the start and put me at ease. It was a good news scan and everything is fine. Throughout the entire scan she was chatting away to us and the baby, especially when they were trying to hide. She made sure we were able to have a good look and feel reassured.
For someone who suffers with anxiety, the scan was worth every penny! I was told by so many not to bother with private scans, but if it takes the worry off you, don't think twice!

Had an extra scan today to check on our babas and Mabel was so great! She was very thorough and reassuring and really made an effort to get plenty of good quality photos and videos. Also very reasonabley priced compared to other places, and they didn't charge extra for twins👶👶 Great to have late opening hours and handy location.
Loved visiting the location in Swords.
I felt welcomed and respected. Chloe was warm and professional through and through and made sure I understood everything she was telling/showing me.
Had a lovely experience this morning with Eimear. She was very personable and made the whole experience very relaxed and enjoyable. Showed me loads of images of baby and explained everything thoroughly, highly recommend
Helena and Chole they just don’t do their job they give that extra mile that makes the difference. Going through a fertility process abroad can be challenging but when you find staff like them it makes you feel supported and it warms your heart. Thank you very much girls !
