Oshin was fantastic. She worked with me through my pain using a variety of exercises that were tailored to my specific needs. The treatment felt very personalised, and it helped me tremendously throughout my recovery. I would highly recommend Oshin to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, and professional physiotherapist.

Big thank you to Kevin Quinn who really helped me recover my mobility, stability and confidence following a nasty broken ankle injury. I can never thank Kevin enough for all his kindness, encouragement and professionalism during my rehabilitation. Definitely a 5 Star recommendation from me. I came to this place as one of the few places open over Christmas, after being through DVT concerns and days in St.Michels with it being found to be bulging discs. Laura on reception was very friendly and helpful. Ronan was the Physiotherapist who over the last 6 weeks has helped me with specific exercises that have fixed my problem completely. very professional outfit and I couldn't recommend more highly.

Have seen Courtney Feike for a stiff shoulder and she was excellent. Took the time to really understand the issue and used a mix of dry needling and manual work to get me back swimming again fast. Would highly recommend.

My son required knee surgery after a rugby incident. His consultant recommended Alison and Rehab Rooms. Alison has been excellent -professional, friendly, encouraging and thorough. We had online physio consultations with a plan of targeted exercises /stretches in between. The exercise plan was accessible on my phone which was fantastic. I cannot recommend Alison and Rehab Rooms enough. My son's knee functionality is now back to 100% as is his confidence in using it. Thank you Alison.

I was recommended Alison for knee pain by my doctor and I'm so glad I went to see her. She had me back in action in no time and feeling much better. She was really reassuring and gave me exercises that were manageable but still pushed me too. All the staff here are so warm and friendly and welcoming, and I felt really taken care of. I couldn't recommend Rehab Rooms highly enough.

I've attended the Rehab Rooms for a few different issues over the years and have always been very happy with the results. Most recently, I had a problem with my knee, which was really affecting my quality of life and sleep. Kevin was great in assessing the problem and pinpointing the potential causes while setting doable and understandable exercises and goals that fit in with my schedule. The difference over a few months is huge. I am pain-free and have great maintenance strategies to stay that way (fingers crossed!). The space itself is large, bright, well-equipped and is accessible via a lift. I would definitely recommend the Rehab Rooms.

I initially attended The Rehab Rooms With my 14yr old daughter who had a foot injury. I was so impressed with how thorough Alison and her team were that I decided to attend myself with some ongoing injuries I had. I found the setup very impressive and thorough and the treatment / rehab plans were excellent. A really warm and professional service from front of house team to therapists. I Would highly recommend the Rehab Rooms.
