I can’t recommend Ratoath Physiotherapy enough! Rory more than a physio — he looks at you as a whole person, not just a sore hip. He really listens, understands what your body needs, and helps you feel better in a way that lasts. Every session feels personal and supportive, and I always leave feeling stronger and more confident in my body. Also make sure to try out their red light therapy too !

Vary solid service with great knowledge of the issue. Also bring able to isolate past injury to see where weaknesses can happen and why. Would recommend. 👍

My only regret is not getting here sooner. I suffered with a bad shoulder pain for one year and the amazing Emma put me right in 4 sessions. Emma is a true professional. The exercises I got after each visit were so doable and relieved the pain significantly. Highly recommend both Emma and Ratoath Physiotherapy.

I have been to see Rachel several times and have found her to be excellent. She helped alleviate bursitis of my hip. I had seen a few different types of physical therapists etc before going to Rachel and no one could help. I’d highly recommend her to anyone.
