Wedding prep skin consultation Fantastic advice on a difficult skin type. Sorcha was extremely knowledgeable and matter of fact about my skin situation and wouldn’t advise on any treatments she felt might cause the opposite to my desired results. I really appreciated how non judgmental and honest she was. I am always expecting a hard sell but that was not the case, it genuinely felt like she wanted to help me find a solution.

Bride-to-be here! I booked in for treatments with Sorcha and was a little nervous at first, but she put me completely at ease and was so lovely to chat with. She’s super knowledgeable, and my skin is glowing!

I have been going to Primrose for a year now and the service really is second to none. All the staff are so very professional and knowledgeable. My skin has never looked better. Highly recommend.

So disappointed in my nail shape and polish today! Technician cut 2 of my cuticles so deep they are sore. One was bleeding as she was doing my nails! She did apologise but still. The polish job itself isn’t that great, it’s okay but I expected better (ignoring my two broken nails - they were never going to look great anyway). Not a drop of cuticle oil was used so doesn’t feel finished - they are all dry and crusty round the edges. Such a long wait to get booked in, even with an appointment booked because there was an issue at the till and a few people in a queue waiting. Felt a bit unprofessional to be honest. The technician hardly acknowledged me during the treatment and then asked me if I was paying by cash or card before my treatment was even finished! And had me pay at the table without even checking my nails were dry. Didn’t feel very much like the treat I had planned! So again, I’m disappointed and won’t be going back.

The girl was absolutely excellent such a lovely person made my daughters first experience of eyebrow tweezing a great one she didn't shed a tear will most definitely be returning here anymore 😍

All the staff in Primrose is exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly. So far I only met Sarah and Tara, and the service they provided was a top quality. The technologies they use are the most advanced worldwide.I am looking forward to my next appointment and to have a "ME" time in this beautiful place. I highly recommend all the Primrose services .
