I had a fantastic experience with Premier Hair Restoration Clinic. I visited Ioan for a consultation in early 2025 and he led me through the entire process of a hair transplant. From start to finish I found him to be professional, empathetic and knowledgable. I am very happy with the result and would actively recommend PHRC to anyone who is interested.

I visited Premier Hair Restoration Clinic in 2023 for an initial consultation as I wasn’t sure if I was even a suitable candidate for a hair transplant. I was also clear that I didn’t want to travel abroad for a procedure, so finding a trusted local clinic was essential. From the very beginning, Ioan Mares was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and gave me the time I needed to make a decision without any pressure. When I eventually chose to go ahead, Ioan took care of the entire process and made it all feel very straightforward. The procedure itself went extremely well — surprisingly comfortable and highly successful. My transplant was completed in two stages, and I had zero hesitation returning for the second part thanks to the excellent care I received. Two years on, I’ve just had my final check-up and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The transformation has been fantastic. If you’re considering a hair transplant, my advice is: don’t overthink it. It’s not an overnight change, but the time genuinely flies by and the results are worth it. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Ioan and the team at Premier Hair Restoration Clinic. First-class service from start to finish!

I’ve been having treatment at this clinic for the past 8 months and I’m delighted with the results. The treatment was a real success, and I’ve seen a great improvement. Dr Ioan Mares was excellent, and the team has always been very professional, kind, and very supportive. They were also flexible with consultations and appointments, which made everything much easier. The clinic is beautiful, modern, and very welcoming. I would highly recommend them.

I have been to a few different hair clinics none could compare to premier hair restoration clinic. Trichologist Ioan Mares was so professional explaining everything in detail. I really appreciated his honesty and advice he gave me. I would highly recommend this clinic I wish I had discovered them a few years ago !

I went to this clinic together with my husband for a hair consultation, and we were very impressed from the first visit. The doctor was extremely professional and took the time to explain everything in detail. We followed all the recommendations exactly as advised, and my husband achieved very good results. We are truly happy with the progress and the care he received. We continue to return to the clinic to keep the situation under control, and each visit has been a positive experience. The staff is kind, professional, and genuinely caring. We are very, very satisfied and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for effective hair treatments.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Loan Mares! The office was super clean and organized, and he was really friendly and kind. He listened to all my questions and gave me really helpful advice. Turns out my hair loss was pretty mild, and he just told me to keep doing what I was doing. I loved that he didn’t try to push any unnecessary treatments or products it felt really genuine. I’d totally recommend him if you’re worried about hair loss or just want a check on your hair in general!

Great experience with Premier Hair Clinic for the last 9 months. The specialists and staff are very experienced and supportive. The hair transplant surgery was a smooth and easy exprience. After 9 months. Results are almost complete and to satisfaction to say the least. The Clinic continued regular follow ups, giving advice, providing necessary products..
