After breaking my ankle, I was anxious about recovery and getting back to normal, but from my first appointment I felt completely looked after. The level of care, encouragement, and professionalism throughout my physio journey was exceptional. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and tailor my treatment to where I was at each stage of recovery. I couldn’t fault the Perform Physio team and am incredibly grateful for the care I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing physio. Cheers David and the Team .
Excellent experience over last few months. Everyone very friendly and helpful. My practitioner was Jodie who listened really carefully to my concerns, thoroughly checked out my fitness levels and checked in regularly with progress. Exercises were demonstrated and then Jodie ensured that I could cope. My maintenance programme has just popped into my inbox. Thanks to David and his team at Perform Physiotherapy for helping me complete my comeback from ACL rupture and achieve full return to sport at 9 months post op. This wouldn’t have been possible without all the services David and his team provides, from the check-ins, testing, exercise progression, feedback and mental clarity/reassurance he provides throughout your recovery, it all played a part in getting me through the tougher days in the recovery. If you are thinking about a Physiotherapist to go to for any injury, look no further !
David has been extremely professional throughout my rehab journey over the last few months. The injury I had was an inflammatory injury which required a lot of attention to detail and patience to come out the other side and I’m delighted to say he managed me through it perfectly. Highly recommend!!
I completed several weeks of physio treatment at Perform Physiotherapy following a sports injury. The care from Jodie was outstanding. Each session was structured, focused and tailored to my recovery. The use of the physio training app was excellent and kept me on track.

I recently completed a course of appointments with David at Perform Physio and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. From the outset, he was extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable about all aspects of physiotherapy. He carried out a very thorough assessment, even though at my first appointment I was so sore I could barely be examined.
Over the course of my treatment, I’ve made a great recovery. David was always friendly, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated.
As a woman in my late 60s who hasn’t had much experience with physiotherapy before, I wasn’t sure what to expect — but the care and attention I received were excellent. I would highly recommend David to anyone, particularly those in a similar position dealing with back issues.
I’ve been attending Inesa for regular physio massage as I drive long hours for work & my back isn’t a fan of the driving!! Inesa has been excellent; she’s adjusted her technique based on however my body is shouting & has given me really practical exercises to do.
Professional and tailored physio program delivered with care and consultation...vast improvement in affected area . Kind and skilled treatment from Jodie...very much appreciated. Tailored app with targeted exercises to assist with improvement between visits.
