Could not be happier with my experience at Nolke! Órla did my eye test, so nice and really helpful. Erica was amazing helping me pick glasses, she really listened and was unbelievably patient with me. I take so long to make a decision and she never made me feel rushed, we actually had a great laugh picking them too!
I've been going to SS for years and was never really happy, just presumed they were a cheaper option, that is so not the case! When I was at Nolke I was able to pick 1 designer pair and still able to get a €99 pair for free!

I like this place. I go there before. But i got upset today really. I call them. I told them i wanted order my lenses. I am getting run out of them. They told me i need eye test or they can not order it. I told i really do not need test just want order my lenses. But they insisted i need the test or no order my lenses. I sayed okey i go test. So when i arrive they told me i need to pay the eye test. I sayed okey, no problem. So the lady was very nice and professional. Her service was perfect. So i went pay for eye test 45, and 3 months my lenses 175 the till lady.. So that was ok. But i got charged Contact lenses Annual consultation fee for 40 eu. Nobody told me they will charge for that. I use my lenses 20 years. I do not need consult about it. I know
erything about it. And i did not ask for that service. It was told i need just eye test. And i can have order my lenses. So i feelt kind of suprise i got charged for that.
Absolutely best experience. We live in Cork and will travel to use Nolke services in future, because the professionalism and kindness we encountered there we haven't seen yet. Ben was extremely professional, absolute gentleman, very knowledgeable. Helped me choose the frames, shared some great advices, everything went very smooth. Kudos to the whole team there, we were impressed. Thank you!
The service here is always excellent. Broke my glasses last week brought them in and they had them fixed that day. The staff were great. Thanks a million.
Someone not doing their
job correctly in this place. Guy asked did I ever wear byfocals and they on me?
For 20 years I must add.

Professional and consistently thorough eye and ear service. The latest and top of the range equipment used. Extensive range of glasses including sunglasses. Orla has been excellent in examining and taking care of our needs. Ben is also great to deal with along with the rest of the team (apols names don’t come to mind just now😱). Fully recommend this local business.
