This GP surgery is the best, always accommodating with appointments especially for children. Staff are professional & caring, so lucky we moved to this practice, cant say enough good things about it.

The staff and doctors here go above and beyond. I care for both parents and if I didn’t have this sort of reception I don’t know if I could cope. I’m so grateful 🙏

The Doctors here listen to you, actually listen! They treat you accordingly and will see how you are if you are on any new medications. A delight, kind, informative, and compassionate. So glad I am with this surgery. I have nothing but good to say about this team.

Moved family here about 6 months ago after hearing a few recommendations from friends. Delighted we moved. The practice has an excellent reputation locally. The doctors know their stuff. Follow up care is really good. They always fit you in for an appointment.

Not usually one for reviews but have to say that I am very grateful to Newlands Cross Medical Centre. My experience each time has been excellent - professional, caring and taking the appropriate time to listen/explain. All very reassuring in times of need. Thanks again Dr Pete and all the staff.

The doctors are excellent have zero complaints always received great care and would recommend 5 stars but one lady in reception is one of the rudest most ignorant people I have ever had to deal with. Entitled abrupt rude just makes every time you speak to her a very unpleasant experience. So for that reason 2 stars.
