Amazing team and excellent admin staff. Went here for my ADHD diagnosis, the psychiatrists are empathetic, experienced & remember you between appointments. The admin staff are some of the most responsive I've encountered in any business whether email or phone call. Never any issues with prescription. renewals also.

I have found the TMS treatment very effective. I have noticed a reduction in my ruminations and having the ability to be more present, more clarity. The improvement in my mood has also corresponded to a reduction in my pain. I still have more treatment to go and I am hopeful. I can not praise Dr Haben enough. He is incredibly kind, caring, takes the time to listen and explains the process of TMS very clearly. I felt in very safe hands with his competence and knowledge. Mary

I want to say a big thank you to the team at Neuromed for the care and support they gave our family. From the start, we felt listened to and treated with understanding. A special thank you to Dr. Ivan Murray for taking the time to speak with us. He was very kind and professional. We’re also grateful to Lisa for all the work she did it meant a lot to our family. Thank you as well to the information desk team. Whenever we called, they were patient and very helpful, which we really appreciated. I have had episodes of depression for almost 30 yrs. I have tried many different antidepressants, counselling, CBT, alternative modalities but nothing has ever worked as effectively and as quickly as this repTMS with Dr Haben's expertise and knowledge. He also used the TMS for my Fibromyalgia pain and migraines and my pain level has reduced from 8 out of 10 to 2 or 1. I can reconnect with people and life and see the world with a different lens. It was as if the treatment "opened up my brain" and it felt more spacious, calm and connected. I cannot recommend this treatment and Dr Haben highly enough. I am forever grateful. Mary V.

Everyone in Neuromed Clinic are amazing. Dr Ivan Murray and his team have been so supportive right from the start and have made me feel like I was in very safe hands. I was initially diagnosed with adult ADHD by a psychologist from a different company and did not feel I got the support I needed from them. A family member recommended Neuromed Clinic and it was the best decision I made getting in contact with them. I'm finally getting the help I needed all along and really appreciate the kindness and support the whole Neuromed Clinic team have shown me over the past 4 months. I would definitely encourage you to reach out to Neuromed Clinic.

I recently used Neuromed, and while I had a bit of a hiccup during my first appointment, I have to say their customer service really impressed me. After I sent a quick email to raise my concerns, Sarah got back to me immediately and took care of everything with such a personal touch. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients, and I really appreciated how they handled the situation. Definitely a positive experience overall.

I found Neuromed Clinic to be an excellent service with exceptional customer support. They were more than happy to answer my countless questions and provide peace of mind not often experienced with admins for services like these. I was seen for an ADHD assessment within 3 or so weeks of booking, conducted via Zoom. I felt the process was thorough, effective and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend this service to those in search of an assessment. As many others have commented, Sarah is an excellent admin and very patient; the process is made as easy as possible by her and others on the team. As a young adult, it is nice to have one less question on my mind, finally having some answers in the form of a diagnosis.

Neuromed Clinic Ireland is the most comprehensive neurological clinic in Ireland. From day one they were very easy to deal with, the website and booking system were flawless to use. The assessment was super thorough down to every single detail that covers a range of mental health conditions including ADHD and Autism. And of course the staff were super friendly and informative. The top things all off they have a whole team on board so there is no messing around with referrals to doctors outside the clinic which was a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much to the Neuromed Clinic keep up the outstanding work you are doing. David
