Fantastic service. Rang on Sunday at 4.30, received an immediate call back from a lovely nurse who was knowledgeable and very reassuring. Was given an appointment for 5.30, was triaged by the nurse immediately and waited no longer than 5 mins to be seen by the GP. Really professional service and every single person was a pleasure to deal with. Made an otherwise stressful situation much easier. Thank you to all.

I’ve just moved to Navan 2 weeks ago from Dublin and I haven’t gotten a doctor here yet. I woke up with a sore throat and throughout the day I couldn’t swallow, throat was all white etc. I called this place in the evening time to see if I could get an appointment as I clearly needed an anti biotic. The woman on the phone was so rude - refused point blank to see me as my doctor was in Dublin. I explained I had just moved here 2 weeks ago and she literally didn’t care. She kept saying I had to contact my own doctor been though they were closed and in another county. Really poor form. I went elsewhere anyway and I got sorted thank god. I wouldn’t advise anyone to attend here. Horrible staff

Called on Friday evening as our daughter was very poorly, everyone from the receptionist, triage nurse and the gp were amazing. We were given an appointment that night and the gp even kindly gave us some antibiotics to get started until we got to a pharmacy the following morning. First time we have had to use this service and we were genuinely impressed with everything. Thank you for being so accommodating, compassionate and helping us when we needed help quickly. It was very much appreciated.

Great service to have available and avoid A&E. They even got me seen earlier when I said I was worried. The nurses were the stand-out to me, both Julia on the phone and the lady working there. Made me feel so at ease and the injection stopped my vomiting immediately. Would recommend whenever you need a helping hand. €70 isn’t even that bad for a consultation so late at night. Got my prescription filled this morning and streamlined service from start to finish.

Thank you for helping my 2yr old child when he was in respiratory distress. Your prompt response avoided us attending A&E. My child also recovered after 2 days of your recommended treatment. 👏👏🙏

First time experience. Answered my call and got back to me in a good time. The doctor I had wasn’t great. He seemed like he just rushed me and wanted me out as soon as possible. He was checking the reviews of the place in the middle of the appointment. He seemed quite obnoxious and basically told me there was nothing wrong with me, despite me telling him I had very bad congestion and other symptoms. He said he couldn’t do anything and there was no point in giving me any antibiotics that it would go away by itself. At the end of the appointment he asked me to review the place he works at and then proceeded to ask me “had I been living in the country long” (I’m asian but adopted and been living in Ireland for my life). I just thought it was a bit of an unnecessary comment even if it was being out of goodwill. I went to my GP 1 day later and he noticed I had seriously swollen glands and bad inflammation in my nose and throat. He prescribed me antibiotics and nasal spray.

We have used this service twice in last 2 years for our now 3 year old son. From making the first call to receiving call back to meeting the Doctor we had nothing but a positive experience. Special thanks to Nurse and Doctor on night duty 19.09.23. who took great care of our son and were such nice people.

Excellent service. Never any wait time. In and out and they supply you with the anti biotics needed. So handy! Visited here new years eve last minute with my son. Dr Sandra (didn't catch surname ) was brilliant and so kind to my son. Thank you for helping us out. Really appreciated.
