Martin has helped me so much over the years. Back pain, sciatica. So nice. Had a bad episode few days ago late in the evening. Rang Martin told him I couldn't walk, awful pain and he told me he would see me. I was able to walk out of his clinic. Pain reduced. Highly recommend. So knowledgeable and kind.

Went to Martin yesterday I was in complete agony with back and leg pain due to a sciatica flare up I had been like that for nearly 2 months with no answers and waiting on an mri he aligned my pelvis worked on my back he done dry needling on my hamstring and calf releasing all the tension and pain I woke up tender but ultimately pain free this morning I just wish I had known about him sooner. Get onto Martin if you have any aches and pains he will sort it out for you 5 star recommendation xx

Went to see Martin with pains in my hip and leg and he was able to tell straight away what was causing it, he aligned my pelvis and I had some much needed dry needling done, I was better straight away. He does amazing work wish I had of gone to him sooner

If you are in pain or struggle to move, please please give Martin a go. I struggled with my right shoulder. His treatment is so unique. He combines dry needling and stretch. It is so powerful and literally his goal is to fix you straight away right there and then no more coming back. Brilliant treatment and I really appreciate Martin, thanks so much!

Martin was recommended to me and I know why now. I have suffered from back issues for years and have had a number of pain injections and physio but no relief. After one session he recognised my issues and sorted me out with some manipulation and needling and the pain is gone. I can't thank you enough Martin I will be back for my shoulder issues.

I whole heartedly recommend Muscle Mechanics. Martin is exceptional at his job, he is straight to the point and is very knowledgeable. I have required his assistance twice and the accurate diagnosis and turn around time on both injuries was remarkable. Separately, I brought my mother and immediately he diagnosed the issue and his limitations fixing it (providing some good relief that day) but knew the perfect person to help and connected us. I have also recommended numerous friends who have all had similar positive outcomes and experiences with Martin. Very honest and decent guy who is genuinely interested in healing you as soon as possible. In my opinion and experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can’t recommend Martin highly enough! As someone who’s passionate about mountain biking and running, I’ve had my fair share of niggles and injuries over the years. Every time, Martin has been fantastic at diagnosing the issue and providing effective treatment plans that get me back to doing what I love as quickly and safely as possible.
