Stephen was amazing with my daughter who had a persistent injury and was unable to play soccer for nearly 3 months. He worked with her over a number of weeks and his professionalism shone through from the start. He explained everything to her and made her feel so comfortable. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you Stephen.

From the first phone call with Stephen to him treating my hip problem everything has been so positive. Stephen explains everything in every session and works with you to find a solution. I would recommend Stephen to anyone without hesitation. Thanks again.

STAY CLEAR!!!!!Would not recommend at all was booked in last Thursday to get a Session as I pulled my lower back it was a present off one of my friend so she had paid for the session before I arrived through Revolut, unfortunately I got a flat tyre on the way I text as soon as it happened and asked could he do any later or to reschedule, I then recieved a message back saying no a new appointment will cost you another €65 euro and was really rude and unprofessional about the whole situation. I would completely understand if there was a non refundable deposit that was needed and taken because of the session been changed due to a flat wheel I had no control over but I think loosing out on €65 euro is a lot to loose out on as the price of living is crazy, I have politely asked for my money back as he has no terms or conditions up and I’ve been blatantly ignored numerous times not a way to run a business if you ask me so STAY AWAY

Stephen was recommended to me and I brought my son, 13 years old, who plays various sports including rugby, for an initial routine appointment and a hamstring injury. My son has had 4 appointments so far and what I can say is that Stephen’s knowledge is unbelievable. Not only he helped my son recover from injury, he has been very patient in explaining everything to him, what he needs to work on, gave him advice on sport management, how to look after himself in training and games and my son has followed all his advices. I would highly recommend Stephen to everyone.

My daughter was suffering with knee pain for over a year. We tried going to the doctors who referred us to the hospital who couldn't find anything wrong with her. Within minutes of seeing her he told us she had hypermobility. It was a relief to find out what was wrong with her ande after a few sessions she had no pain and was able to go back dancing. Came to Stephen with a knee injury that was prohibiting me from my day to day!! Cut all my options of working out in the gym and stopped me doing simple tasks like doing house work, getting up and down the stairs, getting in and out of sitting position and driving. After just 2 sessions with him he immediately knew exactly what the problems were and got to work on me! After some work in the clinic he sent me home with an exercise routine and the information I needed to recover at home too! He also educated me on what I had done and how I will be able to fix it! After literally 2 sessions the pain in my knee is practically gone!! My range of motion is back and I am able to complete my daily tasks again pain free!!! I could not recommend Stephen enough!! He is absolutely talented in what he does and genuinely knows what he is talking about !!

I went to Stephen with a lot of pain in my right leg from sciatica. He identified the problem quickly and after 4 sessions I'm so much better. He's given me the tools to keep my muscles more flexible and I'm delighted. I highly recommend Stephen as he's a really friendly guy as well as being great at his job.

Was in Muscle fix for a treatment this evening he worked on my ankle foot knee and hip. Stephen is brilliant at what he does. Highly recommend him if you have any muscle injuries.
