Possibly the worst pharmacy to deal with, staff extremely rude & unhelpful. Monthly perscriptions always have an issue with shortages or wrong medication & they never admit its their fault. Avoid using to save yourself stress.

Handed in a prescription on the 21st of July which had 3x dispense on it. When I collected it my script wasn't in the bag. So I went back to them on the day, they told me they couldn't find it but had a copy which they handed me & told me they have it on file either way, so I felt reassured (Great no problem). Today I go back ask them can I get a dispense, they tell me that they will ring me. I get no call & when my wife goes to collect my prescription they tell her there isn't anything on file. I end up having to screenshot her the copy I was provided with. A different pharmacist from the one I dealt with reluctantly gives my prescription & basically tells her I must have lost it and they have nothing on file. Worst experience I've had with a pharmacy.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Moran’s Pharmacy, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to assist me with my needs. The layout of the pharmacy is clean, organized, and easy to navigate, making it a stress-free shopping experience.

My boyfriend went to pick up a prescription for me today at around 3-4pm today. He was told he’d receive a text when it was ready but never got a message so returned at 5pm (this pharmacy closes at 6). He and another man trying to collect insulin for a diabetic patient were told they decided to close early and the tills were “closed” despite serving customers 2 seconds before my boyfriend and the other man entered the store. They pleaded with the staff and offered to pay cash/card whatever was necessary but were both abused by the staff. I’m now without my prescription the doctor sent to this pharmacy and in agony. Disgusted at this place we will never be using them again. Just unfortunate that I can’t leave 0 stars.

Morans pharmacy is the best in Firhouse environments. They have quality and experienced staffs. Always ready to help. Several times they have assisted my family with our prescriptions. Calling GP where necessary to assist us. I am proud of them

I had an outstanding experience at Moran’s Pharmacy.The staff was friendly, the store was clean and well-organized, and the prescription process was efficient. Highly recommended!
