I could not recommend this clinic highly enough, from the efficiency of the booking system to getting an appointment for the next day and then getting the procedure done at the same time as the appointment. I will be recommending this practice to everyone. Dr Hegazy is extremely skilled and I was in and out in less that an hour to remove 3 moles that have bothered me for my whole life and just like that they are gone. Amazing service, extremely friendly front of house staff and a wonderfully skilled doctor who doesn't waste patients time and money. An all round amazing practice.
Can’t recommend this clinic enough. The staff at the front desk chatting to me on the phone, and Dr. Hegazy were both so kind and amazing. They booked me in super quickly for a minor surgery cyst removal, and everything was so smooth and quick. First time coming to this clinic and will definitely be recommending it to everyone. Dr Hegazy and his team are excellent. He did a surgical removal and I am very pleased with the results. I'm a nervous patient and he and his staff made me feel very relaxed. The clinic is very accessible with parking on the ground floor. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.
I visited this clinic based on a recommendation from a friend, who had been treated by one of the doctors and had a very positive experience.
My experience with the reception staff was good, and I was satisfied with their service. However, what was supposed to be a simple blood draw turned into a very unpleasant experience. The doctor who attended me (whose name I unfortunately do not remember) clearly did not seem experienced in performing blood collection.
The procedure resulted in injury to my arm, and I was unable to complete the test. I have undergone the same procedure many times before, including donating blood, and I have never experienced anything like this. It was both painful and frustrating to leave without being able to complete the examination after being hurt during the process.
I hope the clinic reviews its procedures and ensures that staff performing blood draws are properly trained to avoid similar situations for other patients.
I had a cyst growing on the back of my head that was really starting to bother me and make me uncomfortable. I found out about Medixclinic from a friend and couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From consultation to removal, the whole process only took under 2 hours. The aftercare provided was also excellent and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

This is an excellent practice. Family member had a seroma from a surgery that was performed in the EU . Drs in different parts of Ireland didn't want to deal with it ( because it occurred as a complication from surgery performed abroad ). Dr.Hegazy dealt with the corrective procedure expertly, reassured the patient and took care of the issue that very day. He guarantees his work with follow ups and repeat treatment if needed. The results were excellent. If you have a seroma from complications post overseas surgeries, go to this clinic to get it taken care of within Ireland.
I had a very disappointing experience with this dermatologist. I underwent a minor surgical procedure to remove two moles, but unfortunately, both sites developed keloids afterward. When I brought this to the doctor’s attention, there was no real effort made to address the issue or offer effective solutions. It became clear that they either don’t have the tools or expertise to properly manage post-surgical wound care or prevent keloid formation. I expected better follow-up and a more proactive approach in managing complications. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic if you’re looking for thorough care and long-term results.
I was quite concerned about a mole on my leg I have had as long as I can remember.
Being a man. Of course I suffered in silence and did nothing about it, until this week.
I found Medix Clinic online and booked the appointment painlessly.
A few days later I was in a consultation with Dr. Hegazy who reassured me that the mole on appearance was benign and he was happy enough that on inspection, it didn't have to come out for medical reasons, the only reason to take it out would be cosmetic and if it was causing me anxiety.
Which it was.
He never pushed me, or tried to sway me to have the excision done, but I wanted it gone to prevent further problems and because it was causing me stress.
Everything was explained step by step and he was an absolute gentleman.
Aftercare was explained and a prescription for antibiotics only to be taken if it gets hot or inflamed.
I am back in 11 days for the stitches to be removed.
Consultation, procedure and sending it off to be tested just to be sure is all included in the price.
I am very happy I went to Medix Clinic for this and would recommend to anyone.
