I've been very happy with the help I've received at MD Clinic. The receptionists are very well organized and friendly, with Paulina deserving a special call out for making me feel welcome. Dr. Krawczyk has been very understanding and helped me with multiple medical aspects on the way to recovery. Highly recommended!

I got appointment in very short notice and got appointment with gynecologist within 3 days and scan on same day. This clinic is literally saving life's and working late hours just to be there for us🙏. Very efficient and professional service I wish all doctors and hospitals will be same. Not waiting months until is too late. Well done and wish all staff success and good luck! Again....visited place while feeling sick. Got appointment very quickly and Dr. Krawczyk made me feel comfortable and listened me carefully and did her best to give me right diagnose and right medication....she is a doctor who try to solve problem and heal you instead just give you painkillers and just take money of you. Also girls on reception was very helpful, pleasant and professional. I'm happy with service again! And plus private parking is big bonus.

I have gotten no help from receptionist or from the clinic I had a prescription for 30 days and sick leave and I rang to refresh it and they are saying I have to go visit the doctor again which shouldn’t be the way why is receptionist saying one thing and the doctor saying the other and haven’t gotten any email or text or anything that they promised they would contact me😞😡

Awful costumer service. My husband is a patient and he recommended me to go. Rang to book an appointment and the receptionist was so rude. Nobody wants to go to the doctor for fun, if I am ringing is because I have a problem and needed to be seen. But the receptionist has clearly no empathy. I've worked as receptionist for many years and that is not the way a person should be treated. This girl is either going through some problem, or her training was fairly poor. Reading other reviews I was relived it wasn't just me.

I've been visiting MD Clinic for years. The staff is very friendly and professional, the atmosphere is relaxed. I was always happy with doctor's diagnostics. Special thanks to doctor Krawczyk by the way. She always has great ideas and open mind to provide the best treatment. Highly recommended place!

The worst customer experience, ever. Appointment made for 4pm - arrived in to a place that was very run down and not very clean. Was told by the receptionist that i had to pay cash. I explained this was never outlined to me when booking the app. I was then told i could go to the chemist and get cash back as i had no cash on me. When i said that i would meet with the clinician first i was told i would have to wait as there was 4 people in front of me. The most un-professional manner and experience...would not recommend!!
