I had a fantastic experience with Kathy at Power Down Therapy. My treatment was the Brazilian Lymphatic drainage, which was gentle yet invigorating. Kathy holds a beautiful space and is incredibly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Kathy so lovely to chat to and vety knowledgeable. Room so cosy and refreshing even on this very hot day. Treatment was so relaxing, very much drifted off. Will look forward to another soon.

Fantastic experience. Kathryn is lovely so knowledgeable. I was so relaxed and left feeling deflated-literally! :) So much less bloated and uncomfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone who is feeling swollen and bloated post surgery.

I have a compromised immune system and every little sniff and cough grows arms and legs. Went to Kathy for treatment and wow, back to sleeping a full night. No waking up coughing and sneezing, chest is cleared, no headaches. Absolute brilliant. and she doesn't up sell which is rarity these days.
