Quite disappointed..the girls were so lovely and skilled when this was N13BeautyHouse..it’s my first time coming here after the rebranding and it’s like a dead zone. The girls made me feel so unwelcome, like I was bothering them by my presence. Polite, cordial, but that’s it. Didn’t speak to me unless it was about steps. My lashes came out mid..they blamed them for being too stubborn, too straight, too short etc whereas I had no problem with them previously and my mascara easily holds my lashes curled for the entire day, so why wouldn’t the lift…? Honestly couldn’t wait to get out of there because I was so uncomfortable. I also had previous communication issues with the team, but at least the service was worth it. Won’t be back here though..
I messaged Lisa, I had concerns about the treatment I wanted, and through messages Lisa was very kind and informative, I went to the beautiful salon and Lisa talking me through the treatment in a consultation and make me very happy and relaxed to book in, which I did so for the next day, during the time I spent there having my treatment Lisa was amazing, I was made feel so welcome and comfortable and and im extremely happy with my results, I had expressed how a previous treatment i had at another clinic i wasn't too happy with or feeling over the moon, but Lisa really worked magic and im finally satisfied with my results. Thank you so much, I definitely look forward to more visits ✨️
I had been researching where was best to get cheek filler in ireland as I was nervous of getting it and I know now why Lisa’s name came up. From my initial enquires, to my video consultation and the experience on the day, I couldn’t recommend it enough. The salon itself is beautiful and Lisa really listened to my concerns and recommend what was best for me. I ended up getting masseter botox and a small piece of cheek filler, the results are already amazing and have given me confidence. I can’t wait to see the end results, il definitely be back xx
Lisa did a sublime job on my lips, I had previous filler that was a little uneven and she fixed it for me in the one go ! It was a lovely experience and I have to say the reception and receptionist were so lovely !
