Extremely friendly Pharmacy. They really look after me and my mother for all our medical needs. Staff could not be nicer.

Avoid. The female foreign pharmacist is the most ignorant person I have ever encountered. Also I was left waiting over an hour for a prescription there. Unless your stuck only go there

I brought medicine for my emergency use I didn’t mean to return medication I went and asked why the huge price difference between each pharmacy if it’s 5 euro difference also ok and you charged 11 euro extra so had a bad experience so I gave this rating thanks .

I am a regular customer of Keatings Pharmacy Dooradoyle. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. I want to pay particular attention to Lorraine. She provides an excellent customer service and always wears a smile. Not only does Lorraine provide the above but she also gives a personal touch by stopping to have a genuine chat with each customer that enters. This is so much lacking in the modern era, in most outlets customers request their prescription and that is it. This is not the case with Lorraine who will always display a friendly and genuine appearance to whoever she encounters. I cannot praise Lorraine highly enough in the way she deals with customers in a personal, welcoming and professional way. 5 stars for this member of staff. Keep up the good work.

The best pharmacy I’ve ever used. (And I’ve used a lot) Everyone is so helpful and friendly and they always go above and beyond, I’d highly recommend them. Even changed my own mother and mother in law to them as well!

I'm a customer of Keating's for more than a decade and can confirm they show indivudal, personal care for each of their customers. Eugene is the chief. He is 'fine' & a pleasure to deal with. I can assure he's honest & trustworthy, he's non judgmental, can consult & advice sincerely on all health & wellbeing concerns. He's a champion in his field... in my opinion & I just don't settle 😉 The majority of the team are pleasant & follow suit. They deliver too!! And all I've said in favour of Keating's extends to the delivery service. Wayne is the courier of meds and he's out on his own. He will accommodate you whenever he can and really goes above and beyond to facilitate the customers. He's in control of his duties, a gentleman & definitely a keeper. Wouldn't be the same without him. Thanks Wayne, Eugene & staff for all ye do.
