I had an excellent experience at Jubelee Medical Centre. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The reception team were friendly and helpful.
The healthcare professionals were attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. I felt genuinely cared for and never rushed during my appointment. Everything was explained clearly, and I left feeling reassured and confident in the care I received.
The facility itself was clean, well-organised, and comfortable, which added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this medical centre to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate healthcare.

Dr. Sam Lee is professional, attentive, and explains everything very clearly, which we really appreciate. My daughter never feels rushed, and she feels listened to throughout the consultation. Dr. Chii Chii Lee is equally excellent. She is kind, skilled, and very considerate. Both doctors show a high level of care and expertise.

I had a consultation with Dr. Samuel Lee at Jubilee Medical Centre, and it was a great experience. He was very attentive and even answered some of my questions before we scheduled the appointment. During the consultation, he made me feel comfortable and confident about the treatment. Even though it was online, he suggested having an in-person follow-up to properly assess the results, which shows real care and professionalism. I definitely recommend.
Dr. Samuel is truly an exceptional doctor. He is always there when I need him, and no matter what I’m going through, he makes sure I get the right treatment whether over the phone or in person.
What really makes him special is how he listens, understands, and genuinely cares. He always makes me feel supported and reassured, especially during difficult moments. It’s rare to find a doctor who is not only professional but also so kind and compassionate.
I feel very lucky to have him as my doctor. Highly recommended.
I had a mixed experience at this clinic.
I initially attended for a smear test with Dr Chii Chii Lee, who was recommended to me by my Turkish friends. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and reassuring. She explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable during the appointment 🩷
However, when my results came back, Dr Lee was not available, and I had to see Dr Denise instead.
My appointment was scheduled for 14:00 but only took place around 14:40. During the consultation, when I asked questions to better understand the process, I felt the response was dismissive and tense. At one point, I was told something along the lines of “I already explained this, I don’t think you were listening, I will explain it again.”
I also asked a specific question about my situation and was told “I don’t know,” which left me feeling confused and unsupported.
Additionally, I requested a simple proof of attendance for my employer, but I was informed that no documentation could be provided as the consultation was free of charge.
Overall, while my experience with Dr Chii Chii Lee was excellent⭐️, my follow-up consultation was disappointing and left me feeling unsupported at a time when clear communication really matters.
Thankfully, after explaining the situation by email, Dr Samuel got back to me. I appreciate his understanding and supportive approach 😊
Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review for my recent visit to Jubilee Medical Centre. I was seen by Dr. Denisse L. Canales, but I did not receive the level of care I expected.
I understand that GPs cannot specialize in every field. However, I have been diagnosed with my condition for years and am familiar with the treatment and medication that works for me. During my visit, I felt that my concerns were not properly listened to, and the doctor came across as dismissive.
After the consultation, I went to the pharmacy next door and discovered that I had been prescribed a medication at twice my usual dose, as well as the wrong version of the medication. When I returned to the doctor to clarify, she insisted the prescription was correct, even after I showed her the medication I had previously been taking.
I had to firmly explain that the dosage was incorrect, as I am fully aware of my own treatment history.
I hope the doctors at this clinic can take more time to listen carefully to patients and consider their medical history and concerns.
I contacted this clinic for a consultation regarding ear pain and was able to get an appointment immediately.
Dr. Samuel Lee seemed extremely competent, professional, and attentive. He sent the prescription to the pharmacy of my choice.
I am more than satisfied and highly recommend them.
