My family and I have been attending this clinic for over 10 years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. The reception staff are always accommodating, friendly, and go out of their way to fit us in on short notice—especially when the children are unwell. The doctors are highly knowledgeable, attentive, and never make us feel rushed during consultations.
It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about their patients. I have no hesitation in recommending this clinic to anyone looking for excellent, family-focused healthcare.
I have been a patient of this clinic for nearly two decades, and throughout that time, Dr. Hakka has consistently delivered exceptional medical care. He guided me through three pregnancies with professionalism, compassion, and meticulous attention to detail. My children are now patients here as well, and the standard of care remains exemplary. When my relatives visit Ireland, they also attend this clinic if required, as we have complete confidence in the practice. Appointments are easy to arrange, follow‑up is always prompt, and the entire team maintains the highest level of professionalism. This clinic has never failed to meet or exceed expectations.
Really impressed with Jervis Medical. The staff from Dr Haka, the nurse and reception are all so helpful and kind. Everyone is so efficient and the clinic is in a great location. I always feel very well looked after when attending. Highly recommend.
I’ve been to some absolutely terrible medical centres but this place had me leaving with a smile. Dr. Haka was so nice and put me right to ease and made me feel so comfortable. I was extremely nervous going in but it instantly went away. He was not judgemental at all and made the whole experience pain free. He was so informative and kind!! Highly highly recommend :)) The receptionist were very sweet too!
So, I went to the GP, and honestly I didn’t like the service at all. I asked several questions, and he was searching for the answn ChatGPT in front of me.
I didn’t just go there for a refund I had actually missed work to attend the appointment because it was urgent.
He wasn’t able to properly answer my questions, and he kept rushing me. As soon as I arrived, he told me I had limited time and needed to be quick.
Then, every question I asked, he would look up the answer on ChatGPT on his computer.
At that point, it doesn’t make sense I already pay for ChatGPT myself. If I’m going to get answers from ChatGPT anyway, I could have just asked them myself without paying for the appointment.
I’ve had a great experience at Jervis Medical Centre. The staff are always friendly and professional, and the service is excellent every time.
Dr. Nikookam is honestly the best, kind, patient, and really takes the time to listen and explain things. You always feel cared for and in good hands.
Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great care and genuine compassion!
The reception team and doctor here are fantastic. The front desk staff were friendly, organised, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The doctor was thorough, listened carefully, and explained my treatment plan clearly. I never felt rushed, and everything ran smoothly. Great service — highly recommend this centre!
