Being new to the area, I am thrilled to have found a physio I completely trust and have faith in. James is highly knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel comfortable right from the minute I arrived and listened without judgement to my medical history and current lifestyle. His treatment was excellent and he explained the why behind his actions which I appreciated.

I would highly recommend James. He takes a holistic approach, looking beyond the immediate issue to identify root causes and prevent future problems through various methods including stretching and strengthening. Professional, knowledgeable, and focused on long term results, not just short term relief or countelss repeat visits.

My 15 year old son (achilles and dislocated thumb) and my father (collar bone pain) have both been treated by James at Impact Physiotherapy and I cannot recommend him highly enough! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and felt at ease. James took the time to thoroughly assess their conditions and listened attentively to their concerns. His expertise and knowledge was evident as he explained the treatment plans in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated how he tailored the sessions to their needs, incorporating a variety of techniques that not only addressed the pain but also helped improve overall mobility. Throughout the sessions, James was incredibly encouraging and supportive, and extremely patient with my Father, who suffers with dementia. James took the time to answer ALL of my son's questions and also took the time to speak to him about best training practices for his specific sports. In all instances their conditions improved significantly after just a few visits. The follow-up care and advice provided were also exceptional. James equipped them both with exercises and strategies to continue their progress at home. Overall, my experience with James was outstanding. I first attended James in Impact Physiotherapy 4 weeks ago having done a job on my calf at the end of August at a road race. After 4 weeks of trying to manage it myself I conceded that I needed some expert advice, guidance and help. James has been super getting me back on track, his knowledge, professionalism and expertise come through from first meet and one each appointment since. His guidance and care have got me to the point where I'm happy to test the boundaries to start back running by taking small steps. His assurance in my approach and explanation around what I'm feeling/finding outside of appointment is reassuring. The timings for follow up appointments are client led with reassurances from James that if I think things are coming undone he's only a phone call or appointment away. Clinic room is nice, clean and bright too. Thanks James for all your help and it's great to have you in my corner for when I pick my first road race of 2025.

I can't say thank you enough! James is a very excellent physiotherapist with lots of knowledge. He is a person who is listening you and he has real interest to help people. I will always highly recommend his service. And I am really appreciate him, because he cares about the client and he is always willing to help.

When I moved back to the area, I went to 4 other Physiotherapist before I found James and I've been with him for more than a year now. He is really good at what he does. He takes the time to understand what your challenge is each visit, to ensure he works on the most urgent problem areas. When he gives you exercises to do at home, he is gives you a realistic plan based on your time to complete them. On top, he is generally just a really friendly person.

I've been to so many physios over the years, and none of them have felt like the partnership that James provides. No lectures, just solid advice that is designed to fit in with your own lifestyle. There's never a hard sell for loads of appointments, unless they are specifically needed. I've recommended James to friends and family because he has helped me thoroughly. Thank you James!
