Got an emergency appointment at 5:30pm on a Sunday. Dr Aidan could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional. Unlike many other dentists I have been to he took the time to explain everything I needed to know and helped me to understand what was going on. He showed real care in my treatment and helping me to formulate a plan moving forward. I will be back!

Very happy with this place. Couldn't recommended the staff enough. I came to the practice having had many awful experiences with other ones. Aidan, George, Anna, and all the other staff have been fantastic. My teeth are in great condition and I'm not being pushed to get unnecessary general/cosmetic work (which I was in the past). I actually like going to appointments now!

Hi, I rang yesterday afternoon (late) with extreme tooth ache, my only dentist could not see me for 2 days. Got an appointment this morning 8 am. What an amazing service then to be greeted by the friendliest nurse and Dr Liadi Hanrahan. So professional and sorted with out in no time. Would highly recommend this dental surgery. Aidan is a fantastic dentist and always explains things very clearly before carrying out any work. Gentle. I can recommend him without reservation.

It was my first time attending Dr Aidan Higgins, I rang him Christmas Eve as my tooth had chipped. Aidan brought me in as soon as possible and had it fixed in no time. I Couldn’t recommend Aidan enough he was so accommodating and an excellent dentist!

My first time with Aidan was in 2018 when I was pregnant and had a dental emergency and he was fantastic. Then I moved to Tralee and when I moved back years later I knew I wanted him as my dentist. He is fantastic, and equally wonderful the second dentist, Dr George, who I also see a lot lately, and Anna, the hygienist, so talkative and supportive. The receptionists are very nice too! I have lots of issues with my mouth and they are always so compassionate, knowledgeable and kind, and even when my treatment is too expensive for me they suggest me to leave it for my home country, they send all my details to my other dentists in Spain and they do only the essentials to keep my mouth free of pain and healthy. I have never met any dentist with such a vocation, really. They all are very special and I recommend them to everyone who ask me (I just had an extraction this morning at 7am as an emergency and that's why I wanted to write this review!)

I rang to get an emergency apointment for my 29 year daughter who was in great painand otc medication was not working. I was told to ring at 9am the following morning. I rang at 9am and he told me he would save my number and get back to me. He did not ring back and when i tried to ring him back he did not answer. Do not advertise as an emergency dentist if you cannot provide emergency service or have the decency to let people know there is no appointment available.

I owe such a big thank you to Dr Aidan, I was having terrible issues with a tooth and Dr Aidan took me as an emergency and sorted me, a great service and lovely to meet kind compassionate professional people.
