I visited Hidden Gem today after part of my tooth cracked, and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. As a nervous patient who has recently moved to the area, I was anxious about finding the right dentist, but Dr. Lulu immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional throughout. The practice itself is spotless and very well organised, and the reception staff were so welcoming and helpful, especially as they managed to fit me in at such short notice. I’m truly so happy with the care I received and feel relieved to have found such a wonderful dental practice. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend them.”
Dr. Lulu and her nurse did my composite bonding. For the consultation they did a mock up of what they would look like, and then for my appointment did my 6 teeth. They told me it would take 2 hrs and I was out on time for the agreed price. No hidden costs or upselling. I knew exactly what I was getting, and was comfortable and well cared for during treatment. I was told to contact them for aftercare if I need anything. I am really happy and would recommend Hidden Gem to anyone for service, care and pricing clarity.

I had a fabulous first experience at Hidden Gem dental this morning. Lulu made me feel comfortable and the cleaning was the most gentle, but thorough I've had in a long time. Her advice was expert and I also had a lovely chat with the receptionist on leaving. Looking forward to my next visit
Excellent professional experience at hidden gem recently. Had a wisdom tooth extraction from Dr. Lulu and she really put we at ease with her kindness and care. The dental nurse was very reassuring and continually checked if I was OK throughout the extraction. Dr. Lulu even requested for a member of staff to ring me the next day to check on my recovery which I thought went above and beyond of my expectations. Hidden Gem has taken away the dread I once had of dentist visits.
The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly. I was seen at my appointment time, and the dentist was very gentle and super thorough. I got a filling/teeth cleaning and polish, and I have to say the dentist attention to detail was superb while taking his time but being very efficient. The premises was very clean, with lots of space, plenty of ventilation. The décor is modern and stylish. The whole experience was a pleasure, Thanks, Fred.
