I’ve been attending this place since 2022 and have always had a great experience. Dr. Sarah-Grace is incredibly attentive, caring, professional, and always takes the time to listen and provide the best care. She truly makes patients feel comfortable and supported. Vanessa at reception is also wonderful. Always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The whole team creates a warm and professional environment. Highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience at this Hanover Medical Centre. Even as a tourist, I was able to get an appointment at very short notice yesterday, which was a huge relief. The doctor was kind, helpful, and professional, and the entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’m very grateful for the excellent medical care I received so quickly. Thank you to everyone at the clinic!

Dr. Niamh McVerry was very professional, attentive, and kind throughout my appointment. She took the time to listen carefully to my symptoms, asked the right questions, and explained everything clearly without rushing. I felt genuinely heard and reassured during the consultation. Her approach was thorough and compassionate, which made the experience very comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. McVerry to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring doctor.

I had my initial consultation and paid €80. I then had blood tests and returned to discuss the results, for which I paid €50. I was told to come back one month later. Before booking my appointment, I emailed the clinic several times to confirm the fee, and I was clearly told it would be €50. However, after my appointment, I was charged €80 instead. When I questioned this, I was simply told that “the doctor decides the fee.” That is not acceptable. If your clinic confirms a price in writing, you should honour it instead of charging patients a different amount afterwards. We work hard for our money—we don’t find it on the street. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this clinic.

Overtime I have spoken to most doctors here and at Lazer Lane and I have had a very good experience overall but one doctor stands out for me!! He genuinely does care about what's going on with me obviously my health being the most important but he really cares about the day to day living in my life and how my injury has affected my life in the past, present and what sort of future I could have ahead of myself depending on the outcome of my spinal surgery. He is the type of person that you could chat to all day about anything and not once did he ever make me feel like I was taking to long or wasting his time. He is such a professional and I couldn't recommend him enough. I feel the word gentleman is thrown around and used to much but Doctor Kevin Boner is great and a true GENTLEMAN. Thank you for all the time, help and advice you have given to me and that goes to everyone at Lazer Lane and Castleforbes medical centres. Thanks 🙏 Colm

The reception team is great, so this review is not a reflection of the whole clinic, but specifically about GP Dr. Karl Casey. I had a standard 15-minute appointment (75 EUR) and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I barely had the chance to explain my symptom, I suffer from recurring UTIs because Dr. Casey spoke over me almost the entire time. It felt invasive and dismissive. He insisted that it wasn’t a UTI and prescribed general antibiotics for seven days, even though I explained I had already completed three unsuccessful courses. Two weeks later, I ended up in the hospital. After several hospital tests (blood work, bladder and ultrasound scans, contrast), I knew I needed to see a urologist. Despite asking multiple times, Dr. Casey refused to provide a referral and again didn’t seem to listen or take my concerns seriously and insisted that I book another appointment with him for 75 EUR. After two years of recurring UTIs, I needed urgent help and felt completely unheard. The next day, I booked an appointment with a female GP at the same clinic. She listened carefully, reviewed my test results, and immediately referred me to a urologist. It was a completely different experience, she was caring and professional. With all due respect, if you want to feel listened to and cared for, I would not recommend seeing Dr. Karl Casey. His approach felt cold, dismissive, and unhelpful at a time when I genuinely needed support.

I enjoy going to this practice and staff is very friendly. Had booked for my last appointment with my main Dr but on the date of appointment was seen by another dr, not that there was anything wrong with her but a heads up would have been appreciated.

Outstanding Care and Compassionate Team I've been attending this clinic since it first opened and continue to be impressed by the exceptional level of care provided. Dr Scott is my primary GP, and her thorough, compassionate approach consistently makes me feel heard and supported. Even when she's unavailable, the other doctors I've seen have been equally professional and attentive. What sets this clinic apart is its commitment to exploring not just the symptoms, but the underlying causes—something I truly value. I've recommended this clinic to many friends, and they’ve had similarly positive experiences. If you're looking for a practice that prioritises holistic, patient-centered care, I highly recommend this team.
