The GPs are absolutely amazing however it’s the receptionists who let the surgery down. They are very rude and condescending over the phone. They need to be retrained again when it comes to their communication skills absolutely appalling.

I have been going to the Glencairn practice for over twenty years. I have moved address but wouldn’t leave the practice. I have always received the very best of attention in the surgery. The doctors are all excellent. For a number of years I have been going to Dr Rachel, who is very thorough and helpful. I would recommend this practice without reserve. I am surprised by the negative comments. Perhaps the receptionist was under pressure. I have been met with professionalism and warmth, even when staff were clearly very busy.

I have attended Glencairn medical centre since it was built. I moved to Wicklow over 15 years ago but I wouldn’t dream of changing my doctor. Conor Declan and the entire team only ever proved competent and genuinely care about their patients. There can be a bit of a wait but that’s just because the doctors give their patients so much time. I’m very happy with the service they provide and I dare say I will attend there until the day I die. Thank you to all the staff

Worst GP practice that I have ever experienced. The receptionist have the most horrible attitude and customer service I have ever experienced, everytime I have rang them for a prescription I am always misled and told it's ready when in reality I show up and they tell me it's not with a smug look on their face. There is always an issues and I am surprised they have not been fired from the horrible service. Dr. Maguire is not great he hasn't treated me fully for years and I still struggle everyday with my health. Just avoid this place.
