As always, Dr Brian dealt with this very nervous patient in his usual kind and good-humoured manner. Both he and the Dental Nurse are excellent, and once again, my dental issue was resolved briskly and painlessly. I cannot rate this clinic highly enough. Thank you.

I had my dental procedure today with Dr. Brian was very kind, patient, and helpful. Even though my English isn’t perfect, he understood me, listened carefully, and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

I attended Gentle Dental this morning and was met by Dr Brian and a member of his staff. Knowing that I had some irreparably loose teeth, I was extremely anxious, as extractions were inevitable. Dr Brian spent time talking me through the process, and advising me on the best course of action for the future. I became very "emotional", and he was extremely reassuring and kind, and the extraction itself was painless. I would just like to thank both Dr Brian and the Dental Nurse for their understanding and compassion when dealing with a very emotional patient. I would not attend any other Dentist.

Been on this dental practice for years . Getting an appointment was very quick, and thanks for that. However, the past three visits I had, I wasn't impressed with the gentleness. The procedure (routine cleaning) was Always hurried up, the discomfort from an instrument pressing your gums? Not a great feeling. Have emailed them once about this, but no changes. I started looking for another dental practice. NB : Just sharing my own experience no other intentions. I do participate Google review and TripAdvisor once in awhile.

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with this clinic. I was seen for an emergency tooth extraction and, although I was accommodated quickly, the issue was not resolved and I’ve been in severe pain for several days since the procedure. This has seriously impacted my work, as I didn’t receive a medical certificate and had to miss days, which caused problems with my employer. When I asked the dentist for a certificate, I was met with a completely insensitive response: “You pulled out a tooth, you didn’t get a heart transplant, you can go back to work today.” I found this attitude extremely unempathetic. Now I’ll have to seek treatment elsewhere to fix what wasn’t properly handled here. I expected more care and respect for the patient — especially considering I paid an amount that was not affordable.

Got a tooth filling two years ago in there, the doctor promised me that it would last for at least 5-10 years. Started having issues with it as the filling wasn’t done properly and liquids were getting inside the tooth, not happy at all for the money I paid
