I was so lucky to have found such a great physio. I was in a lot of pain with my knee, found it difficult to walk and was told surgery wouldn’t really help. I found Colin very positive from the beginning and he reassured me that with physio and doing at home exercises prescribed by him, he could help. I attended physio for five months and during that time I found him fantastic for accommodating appointment times around my work. After one month I noticed a dramatic difference. I am now pain free and can walk for miles without any difficulty. I am extremely grateful to Colin for his help.
I first dealt with Colin in early January 2026, due to a number issues with my neck, shoulder and arm on my right side. Over 11 sessions Colin successfully addressed each issue, not only with treatment but also with advise on exercises, supplements and work aids such as wrist support. Colin is always pleasant to deal with and is always professional in his approach. I would recommend Colin highly to both family and friends.
I went to Colin this week after being injured in a car accident last month in which I was hit from behind at 100kph. My neck wasn’t getting any better with exercises given me by another physio and I wasn’t sleeping at night because of the pain. After just one treatment with Colin using dry needling, there’s been a significant improvement in my neck - and I’m getting a full night’s sleep. Amazing! I’ll continue my treatment with him, reassured that I will recover completely.
Colin is an excellent physio, thanks to him I made a great recovery from a hip and back injury. He went out of his way to give me appointments over the Christmas period to make sure I wasn't in pain over the Christmas. He is really knowledgeable and very kind and I really appreciate all he did for me.
I can recommend Colin highly enough. His professionalism and attention to the detail really made my recovery from rotator cuff surgery so successful. I always felt Colin was treating me not my injury. I was able to swim the 10k across galway bay a few months after. Thanks Colin
Delighted with the great care I got from Colin each time I presented with a shoulder injury, had dry needling and physio on shoulder after a few visits back playing good golf again.
Excellent experience getting treatment for my sciatica. Colin was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. After just a few sessions my pain has improved significantly. The exercises and advice for home has really helped my recovery. Would highly recommend!
