It's my second time doing the 5-day fast with Dinny, and I'll definitely be back again next year. Doing it as part of a group makes it so much easier because everyone keeps each other motivated. The way the programme is designed makes the whole experience surprisingly easy to stick with, and the health benefits are huge. I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about giving fasting a try.

This is an excellent experience the changes in your body are amazing. Each day Dinny explains what is happing inside you, these helpful videos keep you on track and highly motivated. I have completed 3 fasts, and feel the benefits every time. My energy levels have improved immensely my sleep has greatly improved, the positive feeling i have from within strentens me day by day, to choose better food and exercise on a daily basis. Do one fast, you will never look back with regret, because fasting will make you feel wonderful after just 5 days.

I have tried numerous diets and fat-loss programs, and while I lost some weight with most of them, the Fasting with Dinny program really stood out. Not only did I lose weight, but I also experienced a great sense of wellbeing. My sleep was uninterrupted, my energy levels were high, and I felt sharper and more focused at work. Overall, I was in great form. The first day or two can be challenging, but after that it becomes much easier. There is no secret formula — you simply have to push through a little discomfort to achieve significant results. I would highly recommend this program and plan to do it at least three times a year. Great programme and great to learn about fasting and the science behind it. Thanks to Dinny who was amazing throughout the week, you really helped all the group manage the fasting. I had great results, it is a great reset after the Christmas period and it's manageable, not easy but not hard either, if that makes sense. Would defo recommend it to everyone. Thanks again Dinny and to our group, it did really help get through the week.

I just did my 3rd fast with Dinny and they keep getting better, Dinny is brilliant all week putting up messages of encouragement and letting you know what's going on in your body each. I will definitely be back and I encourage anyone to get in touch with Dinny and change your life.

Great experience doing Fasting With Dinny. Never felt too hungry or felt like breaking. Got great results, feel energised and will definitely be back.

I recently completed a 5-day fast, and I have to say—it was a game-changer! Safe to say, the first meal after the fast was the best bowl of porridge I’ve ever had. I feel absolutely amazing. My weight had crept up over the holidays, and after a ski trip filled with good times and drinks, I was in serious need of a reset. Over the fast, I lost 2.5kg and returned to my pre-Christmas weight. More importantly, I feel refreshed, energized, and motivated. This experience has been so beneficial that I’ll be incorporating this fasting method into my lifestyle moving forward, and I’ll be encouraging my friends and family to do the same. Huge thanks to Dinny for introducing me to this approach and for all the guidance along the way. I’ll definitely be back for at least two more fasts this year!
