I have just returned from an appointment at your new Skerries branch and wanted to share some feedback from my visit.
* Between booking my appointment and its date, I received 5 separate sms reminders and one AI voice call. This was excessive and I stopped reading them after 2, negating the reason for you sending them.
* Your terms and conditions state that if I do not want to receive marketing emails I am free to decline to sign the form. However, no service is provided if I do not sign the form. As per EU GDPR rules "Consent cannot be bundled as a condition of using a service or buying a product. You cannot use pre-ticked opt-in boxes or force users to agree to marketing just to create an account or access a website ".
* My appointment included a surprising lack of dentistry and a significant amount of aggressive upselling. No information was taken or given about my teeth except to say that I needed to see a periodontist with urgency. I was aware that my gums were receding from my previous dentist, but they took the time to explain the situation, discuss options and provide guidance, none of which happened here. I believe the difference to be that your firm has periodontists, who I was aggressively referred to, that could charge me for their services. I was declined a clean and polish without my consent and as I used my PSRI contribution here, when I visit another dentist to get some actual dentistry I will have to pay out of pocket. I was repeated pushed to book an appointment and I had to decline numerous times to avoid continued association with your firm.
I understand that businesses have to make money, but I would be of the opinion they do so by actually providing a service rather then leveraging an experts position to liberate as much cash as possible from every possible mark who walks through the door.
I sought out Skerries Hub as a second opinion from my own usual dentist. This is my second time visiting Dr Elmasri. Again, I’m delighted with the treatment and thorough explanation provided as it allowed me to weigh up all the options. I decided for an extraction which was seamless in the end. The dental nurses were extremely helpful throughout the appointments too. Will certainly be back as required.
I had a great experience here! The team has a very friendly approach and I was seen much quicker than expected. They provided clear, professional advice on my dental emergency, which put my mind at ease. Highly recommend!
just wanted to share a huge thank you to Dr Ibrahim and Nurse Megan for the amazing care I received during my recent tooth repair.
I was extremely nervous going in, but from the moment I arrived, they both made me feel completely at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly, were so patient and reassuring, and made what I expected to be a stressful experience actually feel calm and manageable.
The work itself was excellent, and I’m really happy with the result. It’s clear they both genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.
I’ll definitely be a returning patient and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and supportive dental team.

Woke up with awful tooth pain on a Saturday morning. Got an appt here later that day. Dentist Dr Ibrahim was very nice and explained everything to me, showing me my xrays. Unfortunately I had to get a tooth out which isn't a pleasant experience. I get anxious about these things and he was patient with me
