Brilliant from start to finish. Amelia was excellent at booking me in and making my follow up appointments. And making me feel very comfortable.top service. Dr Roy was amazing talked me through the full procedure. Of removing my large lipoma from my shoulder. Top class. Would highly recommend Dr Roy definitely 5* from me. I recently had a pillar cyst removed from my scalp by Dr. Roy at Excellence Medical, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. From the initial consultation through to the procedure and follow-up appointments, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Dr. Roy is a true gentleman who immediately put me at ease and took the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions I had. The cyst removal itself was completely pain-free due to the local anesthetic, and I was provided with ointment and a short course of antibiotics afterwards. I was particularly impressed when the practice called the following day to check on my recovery and see if I had any concerns. A week later, I returned to have the stitches removed, and the healing process had gone exactly as planned. For added peace of mind, the cyst was also sent to a laboratory for analysis to ensure everything was normal. I am delighted with the outcome and feel the treatment was worth every penny. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Roy and the team at Excellence Medical to family and friends, and I would gladly return myself should I need treatment in the future. I’m extremely happy with my lipoma removal. It was a significant size and I was concerned about removal and scarring however I found excellence medical to be a Very professional service, everything was explained in detail prior to the procedure and I felt very at ease. They deal with patients with a high level of care and compassion. The aftercare is excellent and anything you need is accommodated. My incision is very neat and a lot smaller than I expected. Would highly recommend ⭐️

Attended Excellence Medical Clinic for the removal of a skintag on my eyelid. Could not recommend this clinic highly enough. I was completely put at ease about the procedure with Doctor Roy at initial consultation where he explained exactly how he would perform the procedure. He was so patient with me and so nice as ive an extremely low pain threshold and I was very nervous. He was also extremely accommodating and did everything to ensure that I didnt feel any pain. Highly skilled doctor. Im extremely happy with the result and the after care treatment i received by both Amelia and Dr Roy. Amelia was extremely thoughtful and friendly in following up with my aftercare. Really nice touches by ringing me and checking in on me to make sure I was okay after the procedure. 5 stars all round. Would not hesitate in recommending this clinic to anyone to attend. Everyone extremely nice and friendly and Dr Roy extremely professional and skilled. Would go back to this exceptional clinic. Thank you Dr Roy and Amelia for everything.

Having decided to address an issue I had been putting aside for a long time, I very tentatively contacted Excellence Medical. From initial contact to completion the entire process was made very easy and pleasant. Doctor Roy and Amelia were great and I'm very happy to have finally made the leap. Just want to share my seamless experience here at Excellence medical - I had to get a cystoma removed and from consultation all the way through to the minor surgery until the final check-in was a very smooth experience. I was seen to on time for each appointment with a thorough consultation each time. Huge thank you to Dr. Roy and his lovely team for making this a hassle-free experience for me. I highly recommend this clinic!

Hands down the best clinic I have been to. Very calming they removed my two cysts and the recovery after from them was second to none. Put my nerves at ease and took great care of me. Also big shout out to Amelia for the calls and emails after checking in just a fantastic group all round highly recommend.
