***Replying to your message: I did block you because I know very well this type of answers as I have been worked in clinics before. Why you did not mention that you haven’t replied my last emails? I did everything you told to do , but nothing worked I STILL HAVE THE DOTS SCARS *** I had plasma treatment on my upper eyelids at Emily Aesthetic three years ago, and unfortunately it was one of the worst cosmetic experiences I’ve had. After the procedure, my eyelids were extremely red and swollen for quite some time. The treatment also burned my skin, and even now, three years later, I still have visible dot marks on my upper eyelids that never faded.
What disappointed me even more was the aftercare. I contacted the clinic, sent photos of my eyelids, and was simply told to apply a cream. When I later emailed again with updated photos showing that the marks were still there, I never received a reply.
I understand that every cosmetic treatment carries risks, but I expected much better aftercare and support when I raised my concerns. Instead, I felt ignored. I regret having this treatment and, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

I booked a plasma pen treatment well in advance, filled out all the required forms ahead of time, rented a car to get there, and even took a day off work specifically for this appointment. When I arrived, I was then told that I shouldn’t go ahead with the treatment because I have an upcoming holiday and it could cause a blemish on my skin.
To be clear, I appreciate the honesty — they did the right thing by advising against it. The issue is that this should have been identified before my appointment. I had already provided all the necessary information in advance, so there was no reason for this to only be addressed when I arrived.
What made the situation worse is that they kept my deposit, claiming I had “used their time.” I was also told I could proceed with the treatment, despite the risk of blemishing — which obviously put me in an unfair position. Naturally, I declined and followed their recommendation to reschedule for another time.
In the end, I feel like I was the only one penalized for their lack of preparation and organization. I lost money, time, and effort, while they kept the deposit for an appointment that should never have gone ahead in the first place.
They lost a customer for 50 euros.
I am never coming back.

I went ahead with a treatment after being assured it was the right option for my concerns. Unfortunately, after waiting the recommended time, I saw no improvement.
What was even more disappointing was how my complaint was handled. Instead of trying to resolve the issue fairly, it took months of back-and-forth emails and correspondence before I received any meaningful response. I ultimately had to pursue formal legal action (which was recommended by the small claims court offices) before I received even a partial refund.
This was one of the poorest customer service experiences I have ever had. I spent months trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward genuine complaint, and I was left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously until formal action was taken. I would not return and would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

The business's response has only reinforced my opinion of how unprofessionally this complaint has been handled.
At no point was I expecting or asking for the results of a surgical facelift. I simply expected the results that I was advised their HIFU treatment would achieve. Those are two completely different things, and suggesting otherwise completely misrepresents my complaint.
I also find the mere suggestion that my before-and-after photographs could be published in response to my review deeply inappropriate. For the avoidance of doubt, I do not consent to my images being published or shared in any form.
My experience remains exactly as described in my review.
Amazing from start to finish, felt very at ease the minute I walked through the doors. The place is immaculate. You are explained all before you even start and if you have any questions etc. and walked through every step as it’s being done, constant check ins to ensure you are okay and comfortable. No pain whatsoever, can’t wait to heal now and see the results, wish I done it sooner, thanks again.☺️
I loved the treatment I received. It was a great experience; I've always wanted to have this treatment, and today I finally managed to do it. The professional who treated me was very kind and professional, gave me several tips, and calmed me down. I wholeheartedly recommend Emily Estética to everyone.🥰
Rachel was so lovely.
I had fibroblast on my crows feet and undereye although slightly uncomfortable it wasnt unbearable and having the chats defo took my mind off it.
Would defo recommend as girls are all lovely.
Only had it done today so cant comment on my results just yet.
