Just had my first appointment with this clinic after switching from another and let me tell you this is amazing!! The therapist is kind, informative and really skilled at her job. It hardly even hurts and she has quick hands. After one appointment I’ve decided I’m going to stick with this one. Really happy with the treatment overall.

I do not recommend this clinic for electrolysis. I’ve visited different practitioners in various countries, so I understand how the procedure should be done and this was probably my worst experience. First, the technician used a very high intensity, explaining that this is how hair should be removed. It was extremely painful, and my skin remained covered in red marks for a full week, whereas normally any redness disappears within an hour. Second, the procedure was quite slow. I’m giving 2 stars only because there were no scars left afterward and the technician was friendly. However, I would not recommend this place.

Very unprofessional! No clear instructions! I would never go again! I was served by Ann, she was also not fluent in English! She used high intensity as well and it was so painful! She was not even considering that it was my initial treatment! I had worst experience! Also, the clinic is on 2nd floor and there is no lift

Ursula is very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend electrolysis treatments in this clinic. Would love to try their Nanoneedling too once it opens.

Was an easy and fast procedure for syringomas. Done with care . No issues at all . There was also parking around the corner a 1 min walk. No stress . Thank you.

I had Andrea for a steam and extraction facial over the weekend and she was amazing! I was given so many helpful tips on how to improve my skincare routine and she was just so personable. As well as this, she also sent me an email with all of the products she recommends I use moving forward. My skin is now GLOWING! I’m delighted with the treatment.

Excellent for electrolysis: diathermy, blend or galvanic. Ursula is experienced and attentive to individual needs and skin types. Good location, easy online booking. Good value. Effective treatment for zones that don't respond to laser or are made worse by it. Thank you Elmes!
