Joined in December and have had great results, lot of weight lost and strength gained. Rislay is an excellent trainer, tough enough to get the work done and kind enough to make it enjoyable. 20 mins 3 times a week is all thats required. Equipment is excellent and changing rooms and showers spotless. Monthly body scans and consulations to make sure progress is being made. Would highly recoemmned.

I joined Educogym Naas in October 2025. I was just fresh of an all invclusive holiday and probably in the worst shape of my life. Working closely with Cormac for 3 months I went from 16stone 5lb to 14,9 still a plenty of improvement to be made but feeling really strong healthy and even mentally better. Thanks Cormac & Oisin great work.🧡

I’ve been going to Educogym Naas for 3 months now and I’m genuinely blown away by the results — I’m down 3kg of fat, muscle is up, and I feel so much better in myself both physically and mentally. What makes this gym so special is the structure — 20-minute sessions that are incredibly effective, giving me my mornings back without compromising results. It’s easy to stick to, and feels like having a personal trainer and nutrition coach all in one. Massive shoutout to Cormac, who’s there every morning helping set up, motivating everyone, and always pushing you to give that little bit more. The energy, support, and expertise from the team really make the difference. If you’re on the fence — do it. This place has genuinely changed my routine and my results!

I joined Educogym Naas to tone my body, increase muscle mass and strength! I love that it's only 20 minutes which fits in perfect with my busy schedule! Cormac, Oisin and all the staff motivate me week on week and are always supportive and encouraging which made a huge difference in my confidence and I'm in the best shape of my life considering I have never done weight training until now. I see results and continue to challenge myself which gives me the drive to thrive thanks to Educogym.
