I had a consultation with dr Jessie and she was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated that she was very honest regarding what she thought I would or wouldn’t benefit from. Although I’m not going through with the procedure as it’s unnecessary, I would definitely return to this doctor in future as it was clear she had customers best interests at heart.

Right at the promenade,nice looking place and it ends there . I think for the money we pay for every procedure,the place is lucking attention. It’s literally like a conveyor belt,customers are in and out non stop ,without any attention,thats how I felt the place ! I’ve been on several places and all was explained to details and felt like an individual,not like someone who just invest in the business! I will definitely not return !

Dr Jo was absolutely a pleasure to see today. She was so gentle and made me very comfortable from the moment I stepped into the clinic. Also, the receptionist Simone was so helpful, accommodating and friendly. I really had such a pleasant experience dealing with these ladies today. As always, first class service from Eden. Thank you ❤️

From entering the clinic and the warm welcome to Dr Odille treating me. From start to finish an amazing experience. Dr. Odille was very kind very gentle, heard everything I asked and my expectations and said them back to me so it was crystal clear what it was I wanted. Kind,patient and very understanding huge thank you to Dr.Odille. Aftercare was brilliant too no question or concern was too much and response was swift and very in depth left with no worries or concerns if I needed anything it wasnt too much. Beautiful clinic and great staff was a wonderful experience have full confidence going back.

Had a great visit to Eden Waterford 😊 from the warm welcome from Bianca who was so friendly and then to Dr. Jo who is absolutely amazing!!! She talks you through everything before your treatment and I barely even noticed having the treatment done. She's just super!!! Highly recommend a visit to the girls at Eden Medical 👏🏻

I cannot recommend Dr siobhàn enough she is amazing at her job .I will litterly not go to anyone else now . Fantastic experience, so easy to talk too. I feel I also got a little biology lesson too 🙃 🙂 with all my questions. Thanx again siobhàn your worth your weight in gold x

Absolutely delighted with my experience with Eden medical Waterford , I had cliona looking after me and she was so lovely and helpful. She gave me great advice before getting my treatment and I am thrilled with the results. All staff were so lovely and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience. Will definetly be returning for treatments in the future.

Had my first treatment today with Dr Jenny. Everyone was so lovely from when I went in the clinic! The place is set up lovely and was very welcoming! The procedure was so quick and I still left extremely happy with as much information as I needed! Will deff be going back to Eden Waterford! 😊
