An exceptional, hands-on Liposuction and Fat Transfer Course that truly exceeded expectations. The training was comprehensive, expertly structured, and delivered with outstanding professionalism. Every step — from patient assessment and safe infiltration techniques to harvesting, processing, and precise fat placement — was demonstrated with clarity and attention to detail.
The practical component was invaluable, providing real-time guidance, confidence-building supervision, and evidence-based safety principles throughout. The faculty were highly knowledgeable, approachable, and generous with their expertise, ensuring a supportive and engaging learning environment.
This course sets a gold standard in aesthetic procedural training — clinically sound, ethically grounded, and skill-enhancing. I would highly recommend it to any practitioner seeking to refine their liposuction and fat transfer techniques with confidence and competence.
I attended the Lipedema Liposuction Mastery course with Kandulu in Istanbul, and honestly it exceeded my expectations.
The clinical and practical component was outstanding , truly hands-on lipedema liposuction cases. You’re not just assisting; you actually operate yourself with direct supervision and guidance throughout. The teaching was structured, clear, and very evidence-based, and I left feeling far more confident in how I assess and treat my patients. The course also covered practical pre- and post-operative care plans and protocols, which I found extremely useful for real world practice.
I can’t recommend it highly enough.
And as a bonus, the course also provides excellent guidance on building a lipedema service from the ground up , including team planning, service setup, and even expected revenue projections in numbers.

I recently completed the M-21Non-Surgical Facial Transformation and Anatomy Cadaver course, and I found it to be an incredibly enriching experience.
