My first time with Dr. Eliana and I was so impressed by her professionalism and kindness! Starting with Ricardo at the front desk, who was a sweetheart. The doctor explained things I had never heard in my life! She is extremely attentive and thorough, making me feel super comfortable throughout the entire consultation. I highly recommend both the clinic and the doctor! Exceptional work!

I had a very positive experience with my gynecologist. She was extremely professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire consultation. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and reassured. The examination was thorough, and I truly appreciated how gentle and respectful she was. I felt that I was in safe hands and that my health was genuinely important to her. It's difficult to find a professional that truly listens and cares, but Eliana was absolutely outstanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns, she checked my blood tests, did the ultrasounds, checks, and advised so well ALL the health matters I was dealing with. She is so pleasant and you feel at ease, which is so important when discussing women matters. Can't be any happier and I recommend her to everyone in Dublin.

The first time ever that I felt truly comfortable at a doctors visit. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt I was listened to, everything was explained in a lot of detail and I was truly impressed by the professionalism and expertise. The clinic itself is beautiful and the receptionist is lovely as well. I cannot recommend this highly enough and one of the best experiences I had in a long time.

I am delighted I chose Dr Eliana for my gynaecology appointment. After reading the excellent reviews, I travelled to Dublin for a consultation with her and couldn’t fault a thing. The clinic is cosy and comfortable, Eduardo at reception is welcoming and friendly, and Dr Eliana is attentive, professional, and kind. I usually seek medical care abroad because I struggle to find professionals I fully trust in Ireland, but I finally feel I’ve found someone I can genuinely recommend.

My first visit with Eliana, and I was genuinely impressed. She really takes the time to listen and makes you feel as comfortable as possible, even during more uncomfortable examinations. She explains everything clearly and ensures you fully understand what’s discussed during the consultation. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend her to others.

I cannot recommend Dr. Eliana Castañeda and the team at EC Clinic highly enough. This was my first ever surgery, as I am extremely anxious about medical procedures and had previously declined surgery after consulting several specialists. From my very first appointment, Dr. Castañeda made me feel safe, listened to, and genuinely cared for. She is incredibly knowledgeable, calm, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a huge difference for someone like me who is terrified of procedures. I underwent a minor but very sensitive procedure, and what truly sets Dr. Castañeda apart is her compassion and humanity. After the procedure, she gently patted my shoulder and was there to make sure I was looked after, a small gesture that meant so much and made me feel supported and reassured, especially while living away from family. Her post-operative care and communication are exceptional. She encouraged me to email if I had any worries or concerns, and she always replied — even during the Christmas break and outside normal business hours. That level of dedication provided enormous reassurance and peace of mind during recovery. The clinic itself is professional, welcoming, and very well organised. I felt respected, supported, and genuinely cared for at every step. Dr. Eliana Castañeda is truly the kind of Obstetrician-Gynaecologist every woman deserves, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her and EC Clinic.

Im glad I found Dra. Eliana, great professional. She explains you everything and is great in what she does. Ive changed my Dr. of over 10 years for her. Eduardo at the reception is also great. Cannot recommend enough!
