So impressed with this out of hours service. Have had to use it twice with a small baby and found the efficiency amazing. A phone triage is in place to save you waiting in a waiting room for an unknown amt of time quality of care excellent. Our GP Ronan was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. His quality of care was fantastic and if I ever need the service again would hope to get him.

Excellent and thorough care and my problem was explained to me by amazing and nice doctor, Dr Ingrid Juarez, in EDOC, Carew House, Merrion road. This was my first time receiving proper care and not being rush or not listened to by a doctor or consultant. Timely appointment and efficient service by triage nurse too. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience as a patient with EastDoc. I had a 10:30pm appointment. The doctor was great. I needed some medication and they even supplied me with tablets to start me off which meant I didn’t have to go hunting for a late night pharmacy. 5 stars from me.

Last night, I had my first experience with the GP after-hours service at East Doc, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. I had undergone surgery 36 hours prior, and during the night, I developed fever and nausea. With no other options available, I turned to this service for the first time. From the moment I called, I was received immediately, which was already a great relief. Dr. Ingrid Gallegos Juárez, who was on duty, provided an outstanding level of care. She was incredibly professional, thorough, and, most importantly, very kind and compassionate. She took the time to carefully examine me, explain everything clearly, and offer thoughtful advice. Fortunately, it wasn’t a serious situation, and I didn’t need to go to A&E. Thanks to the advice and care I received, I’m already feeling much better. Having lived in Ireland for six years, I have visited several GPs, but I can confidently say that Dr. Juárez conducted one of the most attentive and meticulous consultations I have ever had. Her expertise was evident, and her genuine care for her patients made a real difference in my experience. Thank you, Dr. Juárez! I truly appreciate your dedication, and I felt it was important to acknowledge the outstanding care you provided.

I received the best care, they ran tests and gave me instructions and treatment, the best service I have ever received in a hospital in Ireland.

We visited with our son and Meadhbh at reception was outstanding. Despite the circumstances, she was incredibly helpful and polite, making a difficult situation much easier. Thank you.

Called them late night in pain to ask if they perform minor surgery (got another GPs referral). Lady on the phone kept pushing me to make a GP appointment with them and describing the fees (which I don’t mind if I get a surgery). I didn’t get the answer if they actually perform the minor surgeries because they wouldn’t tell unless I make an appointment. Got all sorted in another place. If their doctor is as bad as the receptionist I am glad I dodged this bullet.

I took my baby as he was vomiting , with fever and diarrhea . The doctor did not seem to care at all. She even yawned at me while I was explaining the situation making feel like I was a total ignorant. 90 eur for 5 min of consultation. Next day I had to take my baby to Crumlin Hospital and he was diagnosed with a bacteria on his stomach. I won’t ever visit this GP again.
